Dismantling / dismembering the defective parts of 60 m height tubular tower and lowering the materials carefully without loss and damage to men and surrounding structures taking all extra safety measures to the workers and public keeping in mind the deteriorated condition of the tower and stacking the dismantled materials within a lead of 50m
Supply of three legged tubular light weight tower from a height of 48 metre to 60.00M , segment H/I/J (60Mtr.) made of MS hot dipped galvanized pipes/angle sections conforming to specification of 60 mtr TTH tower (ground based) etc. complete, tower design approved by SERC Govt of India MS pipes of 1 st 22/210 grade and confirming to IS 1161. Tower fabrication and erection as per relevant IS codes as well as SERC recommendations.
Erection of tubular ground based tower with materials supplied under item No 2 above and dismantled serviceable materilas available at site after rectifying the deffects if any noticed during execution.
Re-painting of GBT/RTT communication tower (Light/Heavy weight)i/c ladder,antenna mounts,cable trays,gantry etc. With two coats of Synthetic enamel paint as per approved colour combination of Orange and white (As per aviation guidelines) over the cleaned surface a coat of Etch primer of approved quality shall be uniformly applied over which two coats of Zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture shall be applied. Finally two coats of enamel paint coating shall be applied as per aviation guidelines and as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. The missing nuts ,bolts shall be fixed and which will be paid for separately.
Credit value for dismantled rusted tower parts gussets on pipes,angles,plates etc.
