Supply and fixing automatic street light switch using Nature switch/astronomical switch for automatic switching of streel light based on Lux level of natural light. The sensor (Nature switch) alongwith suitable power contractor, MCB and support terminals should be enclosed in pole/wall mounted enclosure made of rust proof. Electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade special moulding compound (sintex make smc junction box) conforming to IP-54 degree of ingress. The contractor, MCB and circuit wiring should be suitable enough to take load of 5 KW conforming for cat part No Swadeep-02EC5KW1P. including necessary connection to be provided from running phase/panel to the automatic panel complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. M&L in repairs Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized Iron 4.00 mm GI wire by means of bolts nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electric plate No 5, of SSR Part - I, 1991 & connected to the continuous earth strip all as specified, testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade & watering pipe 20 mm medium light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit (1:3:6) type C1 with RCC cover, charcoal, salt, funnel etc complete including making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor. Note : ( i ) The item includes the cost of 7.5 meter GI pipe for protection of earth lead strip & the cost of 7.5 meter earthing lead strip (ii) Irrespective of what is shown on plate No 5 of SSR Part-I /1991, the cover of earthing pit shall be of precast RCC (1 :2 : 4) type B1 with suitable handle all as specified

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning & protection including spreading, ramming all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying precast PCC cable concrete cable cover LV low voltage type -I flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete

S&F GI Pipe light grade 50 mm for road crossing/ on pole/ on wall for protection of LT Cable.

Supply & Laying only in trenches / poles / walls XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade for following size with lugs including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : (i) Excavation and earth work, GI pipe protection, sand cushioning shall be measured and paid under relevant items.

S&F 7mts GI Octagonal pole as per dimension top dia 70mm and bottom dia 130mm section length 7000m and thickness should be 3mm with base blasé of size 220x22016mm alogwith 1000mm long single arm bracket made of 48.8mm OD light grade GI pipe and foundation bolt should be M20x750mmx4 Nos including junction box with MCB of 6 Amp complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Excavation earth work and PCC will be measured and paid separately) .”

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded aggregate) type D2 for foundation of poles struts & stay assembly etc all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in coping of poles etc (using 20mm graded coarse aggregate) including fair finishing the exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement and necessary form work all as specified and directed.
