Design, supply, fabrication, installation i/c suitable foundation of Hot dip galvanized, polygonal high masts of minimum 45 meters at top of head frame or as per actual design based on lux requirement with fixed head frame/cross arms suitable for mounting up to 100 nos. of minimum 2kW flood lighting fixtures complete with all accessories as per Technical specification and to obtain an average Horizontal illumination of 3000 Lux for Pitch, 2500 Lux for Infield and 2000 Lux for Outfield. The total Electrical Load for all four high mast for lighting of playing field shall not exceed 1000 KW. Polygonal high mast tower with fixed head frame along with provision for using man rider with each mast for accessing the head frame platform. Structural design of the high mast should be carried out in accordance with ILE Technical report no.7-2003 edition considering the gust wind speed as prevailing in Imphal as per IS 875 and thickness of GI coating should withstand climate of Manipur. Price shall include suitable 1.2m Lightning Arrestor as per requirement.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of external man rider unit for accessing the head frame of High Mast. The unit shall be suitable for safe load carrying capacity of 300kg with climb speed not exceeding 9m/min..

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Flood light luminaires conforming to international standards suitable for 2kW, double ended short arc Metal Halide lamps with 5600K & CRI>90 complete with accessories (Additional Luminaires and accessories needs to be ordered separately), Gear tray etc. required. Luminaires, Lamps, Ballasts should be manufactured by the same OEM and it should be their own Brand/Make and should not be brought out item as these the major product for the Stadium Lighting. The quantity of the luminaires to be determined by the agency to achieve the lighting level both vertical and horizontal as per tender.

High Mast Lighting Panel Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of IP 52 cubicle type High mast Lighting Panel suitable for 415 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 HZ AC supply system, fabricated in compartmentalized design from CRCA steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland plates, including cleaning and finishing complete with 7 tank process having extensible type TPN aluminium alloy bus bar of high conductivity, with base frame of M.S. section of suitable size, copper earth bar of size 25mmx 5mm at the rear with 2 nos earth stud, complete with control wire, cable alleys, cable gland plates, including following items mentioned below. Cabinet will have exhaust fan/ Lights/ power point 1-no 5-pin socket. MS Enclosure will be having exhaust fans/ Fluorescent Light fixture for inspection inside cabinet complete as required.

b) Supply and laying of following size cross - linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, FRLS PVC outer sheathed armored cable with galvanized round steel wire or steel strip, with Al. conductor suitable for rated voltage of 1100 volts grade & conforming to IS:7098 (Part-I) 1988 amended up to date. (Compulsory ISI marked) 3.5C X 300sqmm (As per actual requirement at Site for all 4 High Mast).
