(A) Dismantling of 2 No. 100MVA 220/132KV Transformers and Shifting to Safe Storage Place alongwith other associated Works at 220KV Sub Station Pilibhit, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps, Crane / Hydra etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Job, as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below : (1) Dismantling of RTCC Panel of the 100MVA 220/132KV Transformer including Disconnection of Control Cables, Cutting of its Earthing and then Shifting the Dismantled RTCC Panel from Control Room to Stores at the Sub Station. (1 Job per Transformer)
(2) Complete Dismantling of all the Water & Air Pipe Lines, Pipe Supports etc. of Mulsifire System around the 100MVA 220/132KV Transformer alongwith Shifting & Stacking of all the Dismantled Items at Safe Storage Place at the Sub Station. (1 Job per Transformer)
(3) Opening of HV & LV side Jumpers, Removal of Neutral & Main Tank Earthing, and Opening of Control & Power Cable Connections of the 100MVA 220/132KV Transformer including Opening of Connections of associated OLTC & Marshalling Box. (1 Job per Transformer)
(4) Complete Dismantling of the Accessories of the 100MVA 220/132KV Transformer including Opening of Jumpers, Removal of Earthing, Opening of Cable Connections, Draining out the Transformer Oil up to Required Level in 209 Lit. Capacity Oil Drums, Removal of Conservator Tank, Radiators, Pipe Lines, Bushings etc. after Draining of Oil in Radiators, Cooling Fans, Marshalling Box, etc., then Fixing of Blanking Plates on the Radiators, Pipe Lines, Conservator Tank Turret etc. (Blanking Plate including Bolts & Nuts, as Required and not Available shall be Provided / Arranged by the Contractor). (1 Job per Transformer)
(5) Shifting & Proper Stacking of all the Dismantled Items of the 100MVA 220/132KV Transformer i.e. Conservator Tank, Pipe Lines, Bushings, Cooling Fans & Pumps, Marshaling Box, Radiators, Headers, 'A' Frame, T/F Oil in Drums etc. at Safe Storage Place at the Sub Station. (1 Job per Transformer)
(6) Proper Packing of HV / LV / Neutral Bushings of the Dismantled 100MVA 220/132KV Transformer in Separate Wooden Cases / Crates of the new Bushings of 160MVA 220/132KV Transformer after Proper Wrapping of Bushings with Polythene Sheet alongwith Repairing of Wooden Cases / Crates, as Required. (1 Job per Transformer)
(7) (a) Shifting of Main Tank of the Dismantled 100MVA 220/132KV Transformer from the Plinth upto 20 Meter Distance including Turning of the Tank, as Required. (1 Job per Transformer)
(b) Additional Shifting of the Tank of each Transformer upto 60 Meter Distance. (1 Job for every 5 Meter and / or Part thereof)
(B) Installation of 160MVA 220/132KV Transformer (Emco make) including Replacement of Gaskets & Overhauling of Diverter Switch alongwith other associated Works at 220KV Sub Station Pilibhit and Loading of 160MVA Transformer at 220KV Sub Station C.B. Ganj, its Carriage upto Pilibhit & Unloading at 220KV Sub Station Pilibhit, with all Cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumables, Trailer / Trucks, Crane / Hydra, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Job, as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below : (1) Draining of Complete Oil from 160MVA Transformer at 220KV Sub Station C.B Ganj into 209 Lit. Capacity Oil Drums.
(2) Creating the Vacuum inside the 160 MVA Transformer before Filling the Nitrogen including Vacuum Stand Test at 220KV Sub Station C.B Ganj.
(3) Filling with (-) 40 °C due Point Nitrogen in Empty Tank of Transformer under Vacuum at 220KV Sub Station C.B Ganj and Maintaining the N2 Pressure up to Erection.
(4) Shifting of Main Tank of 160MVA Transformer to near Loading Place at 220KV Sub Station C.B Ganj, upto 20 Meter Distance (approx.) including Turning of Transformer Tank, as Required.
(5) Loading of the Tank of the above 160 MVA Transformer on Trailer, Jacking the Transformer Tank for Placing of Wooden Planks under Transformer Tank & similarly Lifting the Transformer Tank by Jacking & Placing continuous Wooden Planks until Platform comes at the Height of Trailer Bed, then Shifting the Transformer Tank from Wooden Platform to Trailer bed Proper Tightening of Transformer mounted on Trailer with the help of Wire Rope & Heavy Turn Buckle for Safe Transportation.
(6) Safe Carriage of Main Tank of the 160MVA Transformer by Private Trailer to be Arranged by the Contractor from 220KV Sub Station C.B. Ganj to 220KV Sub Station Pilibhit (Distance approx. 60 Km) Excluding the Cost of Transit Insurance. Transit Insurance shall be Got Done by the Contractor which shall be Reimbursed on Actual Basis.
(7) Shifting of Accessories including Transformer Oil in Drums of the above 160MVA Transformer to near Loading Place at 220KV Sub Station C.B Ganj, as Required and Loading on Trucks to be Arranged by the Contractor.
(8) Safe Carriage of Accessories including Transformer Oil in Drums of the above 160MVA Transformer by Private Trucks to be Arranged by the Contractor from 220KV Sub Station C.B. Ganj to 220KV Sub Station Pilibhit (Distance approx. 60 Km) Excluding the Cost of Transit Insurance. Transit Insurance shall be Got Done by the Contractor which shall be Reimbursed on Actual Basis.
(9) Unloading of the Tank of the 160MVA Transformer from Trailer. Jacking the Transformer Tank for Placing the Rail under the Tank & Shifting it to Wooden Platform, Removal the Rail under the Transformer Tank on Wooden Sleeper, Lowering the Tank towards Ground Slowly & Removing the Wooden Sleepers under the Tank at 220KV Sub Station Pilibhit
(10) Unloading of Accessories including Transformer Oil in Drums of the above 160MVA Transformer to Safe Un-Loading Place from Trucks and Shifting / Stacking of same to near Erection Site at 220KV Sub Station Pilibhit.
(11) Safe Carriage of 20 KL Oil Storage Tank from Designated Primary Sub Station in Bareilly within Approx. 80 Km Distance to 220KV Sub Station Pilibhit including its Shifting & Loading at Designated Primary Sub Station and Unloading, Shifting & Placing of same to near Erection Site at 220KV Sub Station Pilibhit. (1 Job per Tanker)
(12) Erection of RTCC Panel of 160MVA Transformer after Shifting of RTCC Panel from Storage Place to Control Room, then Making Cable Terminations as per Cable Schedule alongwith Earthing of the RTCC Panel.
(13) Installation of suitable Ratio Auxiliary CTs in existing Control & Relay Panel for Conversion of C&R Panel of each 100MVA Transformer to suit for 160MVA Transformer alongwith Required Cabling and Making Electrical Connections. (1 Job per Aux. C.T.)
(14) (a) Shifting of Main Tank of the 160MVA Transformer to its Plinth from Place of Unloading upto 20 Meter Distance including Turning of the Tank, as Required.
(b) Additional Shifting of the Tank of above Transformer upto 60 Meter Distance. (1 Job for every 5 Meter and / or Part thereof)
(15) Providing of Dry Air before Opening of Blanking Plate for Erection / Replacement of Gaskets of 160 MVA Transformer Main Tank.
(16) Providing of Nitrogen of Dew Point (-) 40 °C or Better, suitable for Drawing out Moisture from Core / Windings / Bushing of the Transformer.
(17) Filling of Transformer Oil from Transformer Oil Drums in 20KL Capacity Oil Tanker and then Centrifuging of the Transformer Oil by Ultra High Vacuum Oil Filtration Plant after Connecting the Centrifuging Pipes with Oil Tanker to Oil Filtration Plant including Taking the BDV Values of Oil, Periodically (every 2 hrs.) till the Required Value is Achieved.
(18) Providing of new Gaskets of Main Tank and Replacement of old Gasket of Main Tank of 160MVA Transformer including Providing of new Gaskets of Radiators, HV / LV / Tertiary Bushing, Oil Pipe Lines etc.
(19) Complete Erection of the 160MVA Transformer including its Radiators, Conservator Tank, Turrets, Connecting Pipe Lines, HV / LV / Neutral Bushings, Cooling Fans, OLTC Drive Mechanism Box, Marshaling Box, OTI, WTI, Capillary Tubes etc.
(20) Complete Evacuation of 160MVA Transformer Main Tank and Filling of Dry Air of Dew Point (-) 40 °C or Better to Pressure of 0.25Kg / Cm² and the again Evacuating the Transformer Tank after Required Time Interval (approx. 12/24 Hrs.). The Work shall include Connecting the Pipes and Measuring Dew Point Values of Dry Air after every Cycle till the Required Value is Achieved. (1 Job per Cycle)
(21) Evacuation of Dry Air from Transformer after Dry Air Cycling and Creating the Vacuum inside the 160MVA Transformer before Filling of Nitrogen.
(22) Filling of Nitrogen of Dew Point (-) 40 °C or Better. The Work shall include Connecting the Pipes and Measuring Dew Point Values of Nitrogen after every Cycle till the Required Value is Achieved. (1 Job per Cycle)
(23) Evacuation of Nitrogen from Transformer after Cycling and Creating the Vacuum inside the 160MVA Transformer before Filling Oil including Vacuum Stand Test.
(24) Filling & Topping Up of Centrifuged Transformer Oil under Vacuum in Main Tank, Radiators, Conservator Tank etc. Centrifuging / Dehydration of the Complete Transformer Oil of 160MVA Transformer by Ultra High Vacuum Oil Filtration Plant after Connecting the Centrifuging Pipe with Transformer Tank to Oil Filtration Plant including Taking the BDV Values of Oil and IR Values of the Transformer Bushings, Periodically (every 2 hrs.) till the Required Value are Achieved including Attending the Oil Leakages, if any.
(25) Overhauling of Diverter Switch after Removing of Oil and Dirty Transformer Oil from its Chamber Filling the Fresh Centrifuged Transformer Oil its Centrifuged Circulation as per Norms of Transformer.
(26) Making of 1 No. Additional Delta for Neutral Earthing by due Fabrication of 3 No. 3 Meter Long Electrodes of 36 / 40 mm dia. M.S. Round Bar, its Piercing under the Ground at equal Distance of 1 Meter at 700 mm Depth by Digging of Earth and Connecting all the 3 No. Electrodes with 75 mm × 10 mm size M.S. Flat, Connecting the Delta with existing Earth Mat and Taking out the M.S. Riser by due Cutting, Bending, Welding etc. of the M.S. Flat. (M.S. Round Bar / M.S. Flat shall be Provided by the Department as per Requirement)
(27) Earthing of Main Tank, Marshaling Box, OLTC Drive Mechanism Box, Transformer Neutral etc. of 160MVA Transformer with the help of 50 × 6 mm / 75 × 10 mm size M.S. Flats to be Provided by Department, its Jointing with already Laid Earth Mat & Delta at 2 Places including necessary Modifications in existing Earthing Strip Support Structure and then, Painting of the Earthing Strips above Ground Level with 2 Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint in Bus Green Colour.
(28) Jumpering of HV side Bushings of the 160MVA Transformer to Connect with HV side CTs through 220KV LAs with ACSR Zebra Conductor, associated Terminal Connectors etc.
(29) Jumpering of LV side Bushings of the 160MVA Transformer to Connect with 132KV Jack Bus with the help of ACSR Moose Conductor, associated Terminal Connectors, P.G. Clamps etc.
(30) Making Terminations / Connection of the Control & Power Cables as per new Cable Schedule of 160MVA Transformer, RTCC Panel, Control & Relay Panel, Cooling Fans, Pumps, Marshalling Box, OLTC Driving Mechanism etc. using existing Cables including Laying, Dressing & Binding of additional Control Cables, if Required as per Site Requirement alongwith Making necessary Holes in the Gland Plate / Box, wherever Required including Providing & Fixing of Cable Glands of appropriate sizes, Providing of Ferrules etc.
(31) Complete Outside Spray Painting of the 160MVA Transformer including its Main Tank, Main & OLTC Conservator Tanks, Radiators, Headers, associated Pipe Lines, Support Structures, Marshalling Box etc. by 1 Coat of Red Oxide Primer and then Applying 2 Coats (The 2nd Coat of Paint shall be Applied at the Gap of 48 hrs. when 1st Coat of Paint is Done & Checked by concerned (S.D.O. / J.E.) of Smoke Grey Colour 1st Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of ASIAN / BERGER / NEROLAC make with the help of Spray Painting Machine after due Rubbing of the Rusted / Scaled Surfaces with Sand Paper & Wire Brush and Cleaning & Washing of the Dust / Dirt / Oil Deposits etc. from the Surfaces.
(32) Safe Carriage of 20 KL Oil Storage Tank from 220KV Sub Station Pilibhit to Designated Primary Sub Station Bareilly within Approx. 80 Km Distance including its Shifting & Loading at Pilibhit Sub Station and Unloading & Shifting Designated Sub Station (1 Job per Tanker)
