M & L for dismantling and taking down the existing LT/HT insulators any type, any size, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for dismantling and taking out unserviceable HT underground cable of any size, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for dismantling and taking out unserviceable LT panel with switch gear, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for dismantling and taking out unserviceable Earthing , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, connecting & testing HT UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heave duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade cross sectional area 3 core 95 Sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of triple pole, gang operated, air break off load disconnecting switch rocking / tilting type consists of galvanised steel base HT insulators (12 insulators set)as per BSS/IS, non ferrous knife and spring loaded arcing horn of adequate section to break magnetizing current of the transformer, horizontal GI pipe / MS square rod of suitable length for phase seperation, adequate length of GI pipe fixed vertically for operation from ground level and operating complete in both OFF and ON position and having all ferrous parts hot dipped galvanised and non ferrous parts heavily with stand weather condition, suitable for vertical mounting of current rating upto 200 Amps, for 11000 volts, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp, suitable for 11000 Volts, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cable Jointing Kit for 11 KV (Earthed) Grade cable for Outdoor termination, Heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE Armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erecting in vertical position steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-55 (11 metre long) with 300mmx300mmx6mm mild steel base plate continuously welded to pole, finial taper, nut, bolts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer for the remaining portion and two coats of aluminium paint beyond 1.5M from ground level/coping and making 30cm black and white strips with two coats of super enameled paint up to 1.5M from ground level/ coping complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, , complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exc 10 sq. m on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil,for taking out pipe and laying of pipe and getting out for diverting of CI pipe line complete all as specified (Note: Entire excavation shall be carried out manually only, not through JCB/Excavator to avoid damage of existing elect supply/water supply. The rate deemed to be included in quote rate).

All as per Srl Item No 15 here-in-above But in depth 1.5 mtr and not exc 3 m complete all as specified and directed (Note: Entire excavation shall be carried out manually only, not through JCB/Excavator to avoid damage of existing elect supply/water supply. Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified

M & L for removing excavated soils n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Fine and dry sand cushioning for underground cable by providing a layers of sand 8cm deep before laying and 15cm deep after laying the cable including tretching the cable, complete all as specified and as directed . Note - Punned thickness of sand layer shall be measured and paid to contractor.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth, string, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete of pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover ISI marked class HV type 1, flat of size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing PCC cable route marker for HT size 600mm x 200mmx20cm complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically ( earth pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connecting to GI strip earth lead strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanized iron and earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm dia (light grade) including provn of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), 40mm thick RCC cover slab 1:2:4 tpye B1 reinforced with XPM ( weight not less than 4kg/sqm ) and frame made of angle iron of section 40x40x6mm with lugs, 02 Nos handle of 6mm dia mild steel bar made to shape, 20mm dia GI pipe (light grade) for watering perforated at bottom 1.75m long placed on top edge of earth plate, charcoal and salt filling in alternate layer, test point made out of phopsphorus/ Bronze with fixing arrangement , funnel wire mesh and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, removal of surplus soil all as shown in electrical plate No.2 of SSR Part-I and connection to earth test point complete, all as specified including testing on completion. Note : Item of earthing include cost of 7.5m long GI earth strip 32x6mm, ,earth work in soft/ loose soil, returning filling and removal, GI protection pipe, GI watering pipe, funnel, wire wesh, RCC cover, etc .

M & L for galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm bore `light grade` galvanised tubes with all fitting,fixed on wall/ laid in trenches as protection pipe for under ground cable including provisioning of special and clamp etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 80 mm bore `light grade` galvanised tubes with all fitting,fixed on wall/ laid in trenches as protection pipe for under ground cable including provisioning of special and clamp etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm bore `light grade` galvanised tubes with all fitting,fixed on wall/ laid in trenches as protection pipe for under ground cable including provisioning of special and clamp etc complete all as specified and as directed.
