Providing flooring with ellis pattern finishing of 20mm thick with cement concrete 3 to 10mm chips & pointed with same mortor including cost of all materials, curing, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of Joint free Rectified Glazed Ceramic Flooring Tiles 305 x 305 x 8mm in CM 1:3 of approved quality and colour including cost of all materials, lead, lift etc complete,

Special type of plastering with CM 1:3 - 10mm thick by using special bonding agent and repair material including chipping of concrete, cost of materials,curing, labour, lead,lift etc., complete.

Providing and Applying of Solar reflective Paint, acrylic polymer based elastometric water proofing coating having Solar Reflective Index more than 90 % as per ASTM E 903, specific Gravity of 1.30+/-0.10. The Surface Preparation including Jet wash, the Cracks are filled wherever required below 3mm of crack and application of three coats of paint to form 1mm thickness

Providing good quality of solar reflective ceramic Tiles with a size 305x 305 x7 mm of approved make laid with proper slope to drain off water in CM 1:3,min 20 mm thick including cutting the tiles to the required size wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with crude oil including cost of all materials, curing, etc., complete.

Dismantling of existing aluminium partition, Re fabricating of dismantled aluminium partition and fixing in position of Re fabricated Aluminium anodised of natural colour matt finish 1/2 fixed glazing 1/2 prelaminated board of Aluminium partition with required rubber beading including necessary dismantling holes in RCC column, slab, masonry wherever in necessary as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabrication, supply and fixing of MS steel door and window grills using required angles, flats and square bars including cost of all necessary fittings,painting with two coats of enamel paint, cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as instructed by the Engineer.

Fabrication, supply and fixing of ISMB steel girder of all section for roof beams & Columns including cost of all necessary fittings,painting with two coats of enamel paint, cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as instructed by the Engineer.
