Supplying and erection of Aluminium knob complete set with Bolt and, Nut etc as required.

Supplying and erection of three Phase channel cross Arm with back support MS Clamp with suitable bolt, nut and washer etc suitable for L.T 8 mtrs length RCC Pole as required.

Supplying and erection of single Phase channel cross Arm with back support MS Clamp with suitable bolt, nut and washer etc suitable for L.T 8 mtrs length RCC Pole as required.

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, bow tightened, 7/ 3.15 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply and Laying of new ACSR conductor of 7/3.40 mm to 7/4.00 mm diameter and above including binding etc. as required. Code : RACCON

Supply and erection of hexagonal type guard as required.

Re sagging of SWG No8 Copper conductor and above including binding etc. as required.

Supply and erection of 125 Amps 3 Phase 4 wire L.T Compact Bus–bar assembly wall mounting weather proof type made out of heavy gauge sheet steel fabrication on suitable A.I Frame work with cable entry box as per ISI Specification and also accepted by CEIG for accommodating of suitable size UG Cables. The Bus bar should be inter connection should be made by suitable size flat and capacity of 125 Amps capacity. The bar has been erected proper bolt and nut and inter connected by copper conductor from the panel with earth connection by No 8 SWG copper conductor with lock and key arrangements, and accommodate the following switches 1. Incommer-125Amps TPN Main with HRC fuse – 3 Nos- 1Set. 2. 100A- Three phase 4 pole MCB - 1No. 3. 63A- Three phase - 4 pole MCB - 1No 4. 40A D Curve Three phase 4 Pole MCB - 1No 5. Three Phase Indicator Lamps - One Set Complete as directed by the department Officers.

Supply and fixing of SP MCB 6 way Distribution metal box with Acrylic Door Cover with double pole D Curves 25 Amps MCB-One set , Single pole 16 A MCB- 2Nos, 20AMCB-2Nos on surface with earth connection only.

Supply and fixing of Double pole D Curves 25 Amps MCB on surface metal box with earth connection only.

Supply and run of 4 core 16sqmm PVC insulated copper wire of 1100 volt grade in suitable clamp on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of No 8 SWG coper in connection complete as directed by the department Officers.

Supply and run of 4 core 10sqmm PVC insulated copper wire of 1100 volt grade in suitable clamp on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of No 8 SWG coper in connection complete as directed by the department Officers.

Supply and run of 2 of 6 sq mm PVC insulated copper wire of 1100 volt grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5sqmm copper wire connection complete as directed by the department Officers.

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq mm PVC insulated copper wire of 1100 volt grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5sqmm copper wire connection complete as directed by the department Officers.

Supply and run of 2 of 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated copper wire of 1100 volt grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5sqmm copper wire connection complete as directed by the department Officers.

Supply and fixing of 16A/ 6Amps 3pin socket combined with one no 15Amps F/T switch with good quality surface switch box and 15A plug point with earth connection complete as directed by the department Officers.\

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq mm PVC insulated CU. Conductor on 1100 volt grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with good quality surface switch box and 5A F/T switch with open type Light/ Fan point for electronic type step type regulator (5Points per Coil). Complete as directed by the department Officers.

Supply and fixing of twin industrial type 30/40 watts LED TL fitting complete set with conduit pipe suspension maximum one mtr from ceiling with PVC copper wire connection from terminal to the fitting.

Supply and fixing of WT Bulkhead fitting heavy type suitable for 9 Watts LED lamp with 9 Watts LED Bulb.

Fixing of 1200mm (48”) ceiling fan complete with supply and fixing of 1 metre down rod with suitable fan clamp with supporting side plate. (Ceiling fan will be supplied by the Department)

Supply and fixing of Step type Ceiling fan electronic regulator with suitable surface box for 230 volt 50C/s single phase AC Supply on suitable connections complete.

Earthing as per standard specification with earth electrode of 50mm 3mtrs hot dip galvanized 45 micron thickness with chemical 25 KG (pentanite 60%, coal30%, graphite 10%) with necessary.

Supply and run of 2 of No 8 SWG Copper conductor with necessary clamps/ support on wall /floor/ground earth connection.

Supply and fixing of 3 phase fuse unit for 3 numbers 250 Amps capacity heavy type suitable for strip type (socket type)and one number 100Amps capacity neutral link heavy typeand covered with hylem sheet support with fixing on RCC Pole with necessary connection as directed by the department officers

Supply and clamping of existing 3.5 x 70/50 Sqmm PVC LTUG armoured cable on RCC pole or wall with MS Clamp. Complete as directed by the department officers. (U.G Cable will be supplied by the Dept).

Supply and run of 3.5 x 70/50 Sqmm PVC LTUG armoured cable on suitable G.I Pipe and angle iron upright including bends and coupling and support with G.I Bearer wire to receive the E.B Supply at building and including clamping support.

Supply and Fixing of brass Cable Gland flange type suitable for 3.5x70 sqmm PVC LTUG armoured cable with earth connection. Complete as directed by the department officers.(U.G Cable will be supplied by the Dept).

Supply and provided cable end termination of 3.5x35/50sqmm PVC LTUG armoured cable with necessary aluminium cable socket by crimping etc. with electrical connection. Complete as directed by the department officers (U.G Cable will be supplied by the Dept).
