Copy of Registration with Employees Provident Fund Organization

Copy of Registration with Employees State Insurance Corporation

Copy of Registration with Labour Department and validity of the Registration

work done certificate similar services for the last 3 financial years (FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24 & FY 2024-25). Work Orders will not be considered as providing similar services. A separate statement/report shall be provided for each similar service for each year along with the work done certificate issued by the competent authority.

Self-Declaration Certificate for not having Black listed or Defaulter.

IT Returns for the last 3 financial years (FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24 & FY 2024-25).

Tum Over Certificate issued by the Chartered Accountants for the last 3 Financial Years - Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account Statement issued by the Chartered Accountant from the last 3 financial years (FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24 & FY 2024-25).

Copy of Registration with Goods and Service Taxes from Commercial tax Department

Copy of PAN CARD of Bidder (in the name of Registered Private Limited Company/Registered Partnership Firms).

The Bidder shall furnish, as part of its Tender documents establishing the Bidders eligibility to tender and its qualifications to perform the Contract if its tender is accepted
