COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF CERTAIN JCOS/OR MD ACCN AT TALWAR LINE and NESHVILLA UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE DEHRADUN

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry/stone slabs built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, jambs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete walls internal surfaces in CM 1:6 finished to even & fair without using extra cement.Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 in ceiling / chhajja's finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls including corners and applying two coats of OBD over applying of 1 mm thick wall care putty finish wall surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall by application of 1mm wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for white washing three coats on wall including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description, not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.
