a) Dismantling of 05 cusec end suction pump from motor at coupling joint and then separating back pull out assembly from pump using skilled labours, chain pulley block etc. Then dragging of back pull out assembly to the road site and loading of same in private load carrier and shifting to the workshop for repairs.(01 job) b) Manufacturing, providing and fitting of SS sleeves as per sample. The job also includes turning, boring, finishing, balancing operation on lathe using skilled labours(01 job) c) Providing and fitting of ball bearing no 6410 of reputed make. The job also includes adequate greasing to the bearing.(01 no) d) Providing and fitting of Thrust ball bearing no 51312 of reputed make. The job also includes adequate greasing to the bearing.(01 no) e) Providing of palmative packing for pumping units ½ inch(2kg) f) Loading/Shifting of the pumping equipment in private load carrier after taking necessary repairs at workshop. Then fitting of the same at the site and testing on full load. (01 job)
