Removing existing unserviceable Seat or Back of chair CB steel with arm & Supplying and fixing new Seat or Back duly canned with cream colour cane of Godrej pattern and fixed with 4 mm dia bolts, 75mm long, 4 Nos in each seat or back complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for flat iron cleat 25 x 5 mm, 50 mm long fixed to bottom of steel with welding (with or without arms) FD applicable.

S & F hard rubber shoes for legs and back tube FD applicable.

Removing unserviceable arm rests of chair CB steel with arm & Supplying and fixing new arm rests made of second class hard wood as per existing pattern including painting two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable fitting/fixtures of ALMIRAH STEEL LARGE etc and refixing/welding with new items. FD applicable .

Removing denting wherever required and filling with putty to make surface even and smoothening the surface with emery paper complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing worn out legs & Supplying and fixing new legs made out of 20 gauge MS sheet all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing wornout hinges & Supplying and fixing new hinges 75mm long as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing unserviceable handle & Supplying and fixing new chromium plated handle 100 mm long as per existing pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing unserviceable locks & Supplying and fixing new locks 75 mm as per existing with duplicate key complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of loose shelves & refixing with suitable iron cleats 25mm width 04 Nos for each shelves with nut and bolts all as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to Almirah Med, steel with shelves:

Removing denting wherever required and filling with putty to make surface even and smoothening the surface with emery paper complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing unserviceable handle & Supplying and fixing new chromium plated handle 100 mm long as per existing pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing unserviceable locking device lever & Supplying and fixing new locking device lever 10mm dia and 1270 mm long all as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of loose shelves & refixing with suitable iron cleats 25mm width 04 Nos for each shelves with nut and bolts all as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy G.I. 32mm and tightening the frame and making it suitable for fixing plywood top and providng 12mm thick (7 Nos of ply) commercial plywood ISI marked BWR type by using 2 number stiffeners made out of MS flat 40 x 5 mm thick 900mm long with 6mm dia 65mm long nut and bolt with washer (Total 08 Nos) to be provided at the drilling 02 Nos holes on each stiffeners with long rail/short rail and plywood. Two coats of synthatic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer after black paint of stiffeners and fixing of hard rubber shoes to the bottom of legs complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in- Charge.

Taking out existing unserviceable GI pipe three way elbow from GI pipe charpoy & Supplying and fixing new GI elbow, 32 mm bore, three way, medium grade, approved quality complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking out existing unserviceable GI check nut from GI charpoy & Supplying and fixing new 32 mm GI check nut complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable GI pipe long rail of 32 mm bore from GI pipe charpoy & Supplying and fixing new long rail of 32 mm bore GI pipe, medium grade, of length as per existing long rail with proper threading complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. Issued under schedule "B"

Taking down the existing short rails and making new short rail by cutting the existing GI pipe long rails 32 mm bore obtained from Item No. 1 [g] , threading suitably and fixing with existing old elbow complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Making the existing unserviceable GI pipe short rail 32 mm bore of charpoy obtained from Item No.15.05 above and converting into legs by cutting, threading suitably and fixing with existing elbow including providing 3 mm thick MS base plate equal to outer dia of the pipe, welded at the bottom of the leg all as shown in drawing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Removing unserviceable handle & Supplying and fixing new chromium plated handle 100 mm long as per existing pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing unserviceable locks & Supplying and fixing new locks 75 mm as per existing with duplicate key complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing unserviceable locking device lever & Supplying and fixing new locking device lever 10mm dia and 1270 mm long all as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of loose shelves & refixing with suitable iron cleats 25mm width 04 Nos for each shelves with nut and bolts all as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable leg of table and supply and fixing and welding to existing frame of a new table leg made of with 25X25mm square tube of 16 gauge to match the existing including a primer coat and one shop coat, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing unserviceable table top & Supplying and fixing new table top of size 900X600mm, MDF board, 18 mm thick, exterior grade, top covered with 22 gauge thick superior quality aluminium sheet complete all as per existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

BED HARD TOP STEEL OFFRS

Removing the existing unserviceable plywood top from charpoy with hard top steel tubular and S&F new 12mm thick BWR plywood of size 1974mmx824mm type with nut and bolt (10 Nos) All as shown on drg Make : Kitply/Century / Greenply.

Removing old unserviceable long rails and S&F new long rails of Bed Hard size 1974x65x25mm rectangular MS pipe 18 guage using gas welding and standard workmanship complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing old unserviceable stiffners and S&F new stiffner rails of Bed Hard size 850x25x25mm rectangular MS pipe 18 guage using gas welding and standard workmanship complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.`

Removing old unserviceable short rails and S&F new short rails of Bed Hard size 900x65x25mm rectangular MS pipe 18 guage using gas welding and standard workmanship complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing old unserviceable leg of header frame and S&F new leg of size 600x38x38mm square MS pipe 18 guage using gas welding and standard workmanship complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing old unserviceable prelaminated board from footer frame and S&F new prelaminated board of size 750x350x18mm thick prelaminated particular board exterior grade complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.`

Carrying out minor repairs like denting & gas welding of broken legs/cleat etc and spray painting with one coat of the black colour synthetic enamel paint to complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.`

Preparation of old surfaces of steel furniture with wire brush, steel scraper and surface rubbed with sand paper to remove small scale and rust so as to obtain a clean surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of colour as per existing both inside and outside complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in- charge to the following items:
