Taking down carefully any type point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators ,sockets etc. and removing ( Except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing.

M&L point wiring(surface type) for using 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area copper conductor mutimultistranded ,PVC insulated unsheathed , FRLS cables in and including PVC casing and caping and fittings, including 1.2mm thick pressed steel terminal switch boxes , 3 mm thick bakelite sheet top cover (ISI Marked) fitted with Chromium plated brass screws & washers and 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectioanl area multi-multistranded copper conductor , FRLS, green PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire and connecting to earth dolly and brass screws, washers etc. for one light/fan point cntrolled by one number one way switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Plug and socket type DB (Functional Unit) 20 Amps capacity with provision of single pole 20 amps MCB, plug top and earth plug, grouted flush to walls complete incl taking down UNSV DB and all as specified.

Supply and fixing Modular type 25 Amps capacity starter type 2 module type for AC and Geyser points with complete and remove the UNSV and all as specified. Note: Modular plate and metal flush box shall me measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable MCB distribution board and S&F sheet metal enclouser TPN DB having facility to fix MCCB in incomer and MCBs in outgoing, TPN 4 ways, IP 43 with metal door type complete fitted with bus bars, neutral links, blanking plates including making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existisng unserviceable MCB distribution board and S&F sheet metal enclouser TPN DB having facility to fix MCCB in incomer and MCBs in outgoing, TPN 6 ways, IP 43 with metal door type complete fitted with bus bars, neutral links, blanking plates including making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
