REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF UNSV STREET LIGHT, FLOOD LIGHT, TIMER PANEL, STREET LIGHT POLES AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT ZONE-I UNDER AGE(I) LANSDOWNE

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m width and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation or for shafts, well cesspits, manholes etc / for laying of cable/ pipe etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and nexc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Description same all as per item No 1 above but for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5m in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spread fine river sand in trenches complete all as specified ans as directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

Supply and laying cable protection old size bricks, common burnt clay sub class 'B' designation 75 for protection of UG cable laid in trenches with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggre-gate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete or sub base of floor/ hard standing/ footpath complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, roof kerb, cill, bed block, block for insertion of hold fast of door and window with and including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable Tubular poles and struts of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 10 Sqmm 2 core incl taking out old unsv cable from trenches all as specified and as directed. Note :- The earth work, GI pipe & Clamp for suitable size to hold the cable on wall shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch A
