Supply installation, commissioning and testing of transformer copper wound step down 100 KVA out door type 11/0.433 KV at No load 3 ph, 4 wire 50 HZ AC with oil immersed air naturally cooled (ONAN Type), with external cooling tubes/radiators, Double wound core type copper wound having no load voltage ratio 11 KV/415 Volts corresponding to principal tapping,delta connected primary side (HV Side) and star connected on secondary side (LV Side) in accordance with vector symbol DYN 11 (Vector group-4) with neutral brought out on LV side and having tapping on HV side for constant out put so as to altervary secondary voltage from ± 2 ½ %, ± 5% and ± 7 ½ % in step to be changed by mean of manual off load tap changing arrangements complete confirming to IS:1180 (part-I) EEL2 BEE certified. The transformer shall be complete with following fittings and acessories :- (a) oil conservator tank with filling hole and cap drain and oil level gauge. (b) Silica gel breather with oil seal and first fill of dehydrating agent. (c) Pressure relief valve with automatic resetting arrangement after release of pressure - 01 set. (d) Oil temprature gauge having range 0-120 C with max reading 100 mm dia with shut off valve between the conservator and main tank. (e) Double float buchhloz relay with alarm and trip contacts with one No of shut off valve.

(f) Adquate No of thermometer pocket including one number for acommodating bulb type thermometer. (g) Drain cum bottom valve. (h) Top filter valve. (j) Prismatic oil level gauge. (k) Inspection cover. (l) Cover lifting lugs. (m) Jacking and lifting lugs. (n) Rating and diagram plate. (o) Separate neutral bushing brought out for earthing on LV side. (p) First filling of transformer oil confirming to IS-335-1972. (q) Earthing terminals -02 Nos located on diagonally opposite transformer tank base including lugs. (r) Transformer should have cable box on LT side and brass bushings on HT side.

Note:- (i) The contractor shall furnish original bill certificate Purchase voucher, test certificate and warranty certificate of the transformer from manufacturer. (ii) The contractor shall submit the general arrengemant drawing of transformer and get the approval of Accepting officer for make and drawing of transformer be from placing the order. (iii) Prior to manufacturing the general arrengement drawing,design and details of transformer shall be submitted to GE/AGE(I) for approval. (iv) Transformer shall be dispatched only after Inspection at manufacture premises to be done by OEM auth and MES auth at manufacture premises. Routine test as per IS relevant is to be carried out at factory in presence of MES Rep (v) Contractor shall submit the operating manual and maintenance schedule of transformer from in two sets. (vi) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working of the transformer is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply, laying connecting and testing XLPE insulated (Earthed) cable in trenches / or fixed on pole etc in screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded alluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, (Earthed) Confirming to IS-7098 (Part-II) 1985 XLPE cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :-Earth work, PCC cable protection cover, sand cushioning and GI Pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty electric cables LT 1100 volt grades with aluminium stranded conductor of size 120 sqmm x 3.5 core confirming to IS 7098 (Part I) of 1988 passing through pipes, in duct, on poles,in trenches, under road etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning and GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Material and labour as in replacement for 11 KV (Earthed) grade heat shrinkable end termination jointing kit outdoor type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of heavy duty trolly of mild steel with four wheels and one spare wheel, Pneumetic with tubeless type, front wheels to be made moveable co axial type, 450mm ground clearance by hydraulic jack, toe air filling pump, four wheel drum brake system spring loaded draw bar liquid based suspension system. Provn for idling screw jack 04 Nos for levelling transformer, towing arrangement for Eicher/2.5 ton vehicle size of trolly as per OEM Design for 100 KVA Transformer & suitable to carry a load upto 1.5 ton alongwith 600 mm outer guard shall be made od chain link of aparature 25mm x 25mm with MS Post and 600mm spacing between transformer and outer guard and overhead shed, extra space for LT Cable earthing connection suitable for body complete all as specified. Note:- Trolley design to be got approved by contractor from GE before procurement.
