Supply, installation, testing & commissioning in replacement floor mounted, cubical type, Automatic ACB control LT panel, indoor type, factory made, powder coated, CPRI approved, suitable for operation on 415 volts, AC 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ electric supply system, made out of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron frame and 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet side covers with front and back hinged doors with proper locking arrangement, width of panel as per manufacturer design, rubber gasket on front and back to make it dust and vermin proof, including aluminium busbar sleeved with heat shrink sleeve colour coated for phase, 4 wire electric supply system including busbar chamber, danger notice plate, wiring with suitable size of copper cable, mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (With 20 mm graded stone agregate) foundation block of suitable size upto 40 cm above gound level complete with & including the following accessories :- (a) 04 Strips of aluminium bus bar with insulation colour sleeves RYBN of capacity 2000 Amp fixed on PVC heat shrinkable insulator heavy duty as per panel design-01 set, complete fixing on SMC / DMC insulators & supports. (b) ACB 1250 Amp 4 pole EDO 50KA with display-06 Nos (Incoming-01 No, DG set 01-01 Nos, DG set 02-01 Nos, Outgoing-01 Nos and spare ACBs-02 Nos). ACB shall confirm to IEC60947/IS 13947 (Part 1 & 2). The minimum breaking capacity should be 50 KA. The service short circuit breaking capacity (Ics) should be equal to ultimate breaking capacity (Icu) and short time withstand capacity (Icw) with Ics=Icu=Icw. The Icw value is for 1 sec.

Note :- 1. The layout diagram of AMF Panel shall be submitted by the contractor for approval of Accepting Officer before placing order for procurement. 2. Rates quoted by the contractor will deemed to be included the cost of syncronisation with existing PLC panel any other major or minor spare required for successful functioning of the panel installed at MAFI Sub Stn. 3. Specifications of Automatic ACB control LT panel, Indoor type to be as per CI 8.23 of IS 8623:1993 (Part-I). 4. The ACBs shall be pragrammed in such a way that on failure of commercial supply, the integration with existing panel must be able to give command and process both the DG set installed at site with only healthy supply of one DG going for further utilisation. 5. The Panel must be synchronised for CAT-II mode of operation. 6. All other existing features must be fully functional and tested to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Cost of all other add ons required for the successful installation, testing & commissioning of the said item shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. 7. Contractor shall submit purchase Voucher, e-way bill and test certificate while claimimg payment of ACB control Panel.

M&L for Mechanical drilling for main bore well 150 mm dia below ground level upto a depth of 100 meter in any kind of soil complete including comprising the following :- (a) M&L Column pipe PVC 125 mm dia heavy duty grade for casing of bore well complete including all fittings-100 RM. Supply and laying steel water tubing GI medium grade with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed to wall etc for 25 mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3 above but 40 mm dia bore.

All as per item No 3 above but 50 mm dia bore.

Supply and fixing Gun metal gate valve size 25mm with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Gun metal gate valve size 40mm with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Gun metal gate valve size 50mm with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed by means of MS saddles on or fixed on poles including connection with proper lugs for the size 16 SQmm 2 core, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

Excavation in trenches in soft or loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.
