Taking down existing old tar-felt from RCC roof, stone and other treatment (brick bat coba) etc. careully including cleaning roof surface by wire or coir brush and removing all grits ,stone,fungus,moss and finnaly washing down with water to the entire satisfaction of E in charge and removing debrish and rubbish out of the premises to a distance exc. 1.0 km but not exc 2.5 Km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1 : 2 : 4 Type B0 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in levelling course to the roof surface complete all as directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

M& L for roof treatment in the following stages :- (a) first Course : M&L for 10 mm thick plaster with CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturee instructions (Note: - WPC shall be measured and paid separately) (b) Second Course : One coat of bitumen primer T-10/polymerised confirming to IS 3384 @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm (c) Third Course : One coat of Bininding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS 702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (d) Fourth Course : A layer of APP membrane polymeric membrane centre core of 100 micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron each, thickness 2 mm having weigh 2.25Kg/Sqm (e) Fifth Course : A coat of bonding materail using blown type bitumn conforming to IS-702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (f) Sixth Course :40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 padding, well compacted using 20 mm graded aggreegatel with grooves shall not be exceeding 0.40 Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Water proofing compound approved quality.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep & avg 15 cm deep & getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for treatment of soil top surface of filled earth at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc removing from site of work complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc, complete all as specified and directed

Note for all above items:-All items in BOQ are for"Materials and labour /Supply and fix" and to be executed in "Repairs i.e incl takng down old items" unless otherwise specifically mentioned as "Supply only" or "fixing only" in BOQ. Contractors are required to quote their rates accordingly.
