Work of additional cooling arrangement for radiator and other miscellaneous works of 50MVAR Reactor in 400 KV Switch Yard at 400KV Substation, Rishikesh

Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation for radiator fan structure and cubical box and reactor plinth area of 50MVAR Reactor including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom of excavted area, and lift surplus excavated soil within a lead of 50 meter as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, fabrication and fixing of 50MVAR Reactor Radiator fan structure of requried size for making structure of Angle/iron by cutting, welding, bending, straightening, drilling etc. including transportation, man power, T&P and all required sources for completion of job.

Grouting and fixing of fabricated fan structure for radiator of 50MVAR Reactor with including cost of foundation anchor bolt in cement concrete of specified grade in ratio of 1:1.5:3 including cost of material like concrete, steel bar and shuttering, etc man power, T&P and all required source for completion of job. (Foundation bolt will be provided by contractor by his own cost)

Providing and Fixing of waterproof fan of approved brand (Cromption/ Bajaj / Usha / Havelles / equivalant, etc) including making connection, etc. as per the site requirement of 600mm dia with all accessories for radiator on fabricated structure with all labour and T&P.

Providing and Fixing of AC/DC fan cubical box with auto ON/OFF mode, temprature meter, digital meters including all other accessories . Cubical box will be powder coated and installed against the specification and shall be suitable for satisfactory continuous operation under the extreme conditions. Cubical box will be groute in cement concrete of specified ratio of 1:1.5:3. Work will be done in the supervision of concerned JE/AE.

Supply, laying and connection of 3 phase 3 core 2.5 Sq. mm Armoured copper cable of superior quality for 50MVAR Reactor radiator fan from new fan cubical box to cooling fan in switchyard area through trenches and in open area must be concealed with PVC hard pipe in ground 1.2 feet bellow the plinth level where ever required with all the necessary connections and disconnections. Cable gland will be provided at the bottom as per requirements for cable entry. All the work will be done in the supervision of engineer in charge.

Providing and Fixing of MS Flat of dia 50x6 mm for earthing of cooling fan structure and cubical box including cutting ,straightening & welding and with all labour and T&P. MS flat should be paint one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enemal paint of bus green colour of approved make.

Testing and commissioning of 50MVAR Reactor radiator fan after proper completion of work in the supervision of concerned JE/AE. (Company Enginner provided by the contractor)

Painting work of fabricated angle/iron of radiator fan structure by remove of rust by emery paper and steel wire brush. Structure will be paint by one coat of Red oxide paint and after that two coats of approved quality waterproof synthetic enemal paint of required colour including cost of labour T&P and material.
