Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion from concrete and making good disturbed ground.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins , arches, pillars etc but exluding prcast concrete articles complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any descripton not ootherwise provided for.

Dismantling expanded metal, any thickness or mesh not exc 4 kg /sqm fixed with steel or wood fillets.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping , hold fast block etc complete all as specified.

M&L factory made precast reinforced cement concrete post/strut 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with reinforcement of 4 mm dia mild steel wire complete all as specified. (Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in C:M1:6 complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel work such as angle , tee and flat iron etc as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire for wire etc confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified

S&F framed work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars shoulderd or rivetted or forcged into spikes ,framed guard bars ,barred iron doors congirming to FE 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

S&F small items such as pintel hinges , lage hasp & staple ,hand made sliding bolts , hold fast etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 4 mm dia galvanised mild stee plain wire as in reinfocement of precast RCC post complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails , straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and mild steel wire staples or steel pins complete all as specified.

Restraining and resecuring old barbed wire fencing any description including making good staples etc

Fixing only chain link fencing including line ires any mesh ,size and type to any type of standard rails , straining bolts ,etc including provision of binding wire

Supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing any size or shape

M&L taking down mild steel rolling shutter any size manual operated , oiling ,greasing and staraigtning the lath, lock rail, guide channel , gears, connecting rods, shaft of MS hallow pipes and helical springs etc and replacement of any members of rolling shutters such as lath, helical spring , shaft, gears, connecting rod, hood cover and guide channel etc (Note :- replacement item measured and paid separately)

M&L taking down mild steel rolling shutter any size gear operated , oiling ,greasing and staraigtning the lath, lock rail, guide channel , gears, connecting rods, shaft of MS hallow pipes and helical springs etc and replacement of any members of rolling shutters such as lath, helical spring , shaft, gears, connecting rod, hood cover and guide channel etc (Note :- replacement item measured and paid separately)

Supply only 0.80 mm thick MS lathe of rolling shutters any size complete all as specified.

Supply only 0.63 mm thick MS hood cover any shize complete all as specified.

Supply only 1.25 mm thick guide channel in any length as required.

Supply only 600 mm long MS helical spring suitable for rolling shuter shaft complete all as specified.

Supply only 40 mm dia medium weight MS tube Shaft for rolling Shutter complete all as specified.

Supply 1.25 mm thick only lock rail any size with provision of side locking arrangement complete all as specified.

Supply only lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutter

Supply only ball bearing for rolling shutter

M&L taking down mild steel gate , straighten the member of frame , welding work in repair if required, taking down & refixing the pintel hinges, joining the additional member if required and refixing the shutter in same position complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Additional member shall be paid separately)

M&L preparing new steel surfaces and applying 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint including over one coat of red oxide primer over 10 cm in widh or girth complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparing old steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over 10 cm in widh or girth complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over one coat of white cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone set in C: M 1:4 as in repair complete all as specified

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and applying road marking paint 2.5 mm thick width n exc 15 cm with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint like stop lines, dashes, arrows etc of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with 20% glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechanical machine engine at approx. temperature of 160 degree Celsius with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed

M&L running welding in repairs to weld the section n exc 6 mm thick

S&F 300 mm internal dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars

S&F 10mm dia round bars for chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel screw bolts 11 to 15mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but not exc. 10cm long

M&L for preparation of steel and steel based surface of any description, over n exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed
