Demolition of brick work / stone work / PCC block masonry built in Cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 type C1 (1:3:6) 20mm graded aggreagate, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone / PCC block masonry wall surface, including mixing liquid water proofing compound in second layer only as per manufacturers instructions, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured & paid separately

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of oil bound distemper on new plastered surfaces on wall including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of Cement Base Paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preperation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc.250 ltr and n exc 500 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs of tank base platform, etc. and reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of chajja / roof projection/roof spout by taking down old plaster applying 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement and complete surface finish with two coats of exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in sunken portion not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type E2 1:5:10 (40mm graded aggregate) in sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparation sunken surfaces by cleaning of and removal of loose concrete and filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using Dr fixit Pidicrete URP or equilvalent in forsoc and other approved make and applying 2 coats of Dr fixit Bath seal WPC in sunken area and laying a protective plaster in 10mm thickness in cement mortar (1:3) admixtured with Dr fixit Pidicrete LW+ @ 220 ml per bag of cement applying mix of cement water in ratio 1:1.5 by volume using DR FIXIT PIDICRETE URP chemical on floor and vertical surface of sunken floor as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound to be measured and paid seprately.

M&L for complete removal of existing unserviceable water proofing treatment from top of roof and canopies/chajjas of building including removal of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing screed bed of 10 to 15mm avg thickness in CM 1:4 for laying floor finish, mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement on fair faces of concrete surfaces without using extra cement as in roof complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

Demolition of cemet concrete any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) of average thickness 40 to 50mm in adequate slope on roof surfaces for padding to achieve the slope 1:40 complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & applying Asian Paint Smart care Damp proof ultra or equivalent coating for roof of specific gravity 1.15 gm/cc & tensile strength of 2.9 Mpa on horizontal/ vertical surface coating area 10 sqft/ltr. The system includes one coat of self priming smart care damp proof diluted with 33% of water per ltr with brush over 2 coats of waterproofing smart care damp proof without any dilution of thinner / water with roller to achieve a min thickness of 1 to 2mm complete as per manufecturer specification complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to slab area with smartcare APP membrane 3.00 mm thick polyester modified preformed membrane mineral finish with the help of torching with side overlap of 100mm to be done over one coat of smartcare bitumen primer apllied with brush/roller laying achieving a forced coverage of 4 sqmt/ltr as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old distempered / decorated surfaces of walls incl brooming down, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non - skid joint free coloured Ceramic tiles (1st quality) not less than 7 to 8 mm thick tiles of size exc 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles over & including 15mm screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non - skid joint free coloured Ceramic tiles (1st quality) not less than 7 to 8 mm thick tiles of size exc 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles over & including 15mm screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x450x7mm / 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat of mortar in CM 1:4 for laying wall tiles finishes complete all as specified and directed.
