RequiredAcceptance to submit Certificate of conformance(COC)certifying that the material conforms to specifications of Annexure-I of enquiry attached and according to the Relevant standards mentioned in below Point No.11, for QC review/ Approval before supplying Voltage Transformer to the site. - IEC 60947-4-1 or any relevant ISO standards for Contactors, IS/IEC 60255 or any relevant standards for Relays

RequiredConfirm that the Following information shall be marked distinctly and permanently on the relay is installed according to the standard IS/IEC 60255-Part1 a) Manufacturers name or trade-mark, type designation or serial number of relay, b) Rated setting range, c) Rated voltage, d) Rated frequency.

RequiredConfirm that the make of material as mentioned in material specification in Annexure-I of this enquiry attached in tender documents only ( SIEMENS or L and T as mentioned in specification only) Other makes will be disqualified..

RequiredYou are requested to furnish complete technical specifications, Dimensional drawings if any of the offered material clearly indicating the MAKE of the material
