Disconnecting and taking down old LT panel and Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type cubicle panel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 v, 50 Hz and type tested at CPRI for 35 MVA rupturing capacity at 415 volts factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication and comprising of following :- ( mentioned in srl no. 12.10 here in below ) SHELL. Shell shall be made out of 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, front and back openable double door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides, having louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. ‘U’ type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof and to accommodate incoming / outgoing MCCBs and TPN, bus bar of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB, the TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size ‘F’ class insulator made of non hygroscopic non combustible track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material at an interval not less than 500mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar.

Notes for item no 12.00 and 13.00 The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoing shall have TPN copper extension links of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be of suitable size supported on suitable size ‘F’ class insulators made of non hygroscopic, non combustible, track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material having provision for termination of incomer and outgoing cables. All inter connections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN aluminum bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders & should be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves. All control wires shall be with PVC insulated and sheathed 2.5 sqmm multistrand copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of copper lugs. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75x40mm duly coated with zinc metal coating having thickness not less than 100 microns. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 2mm powder coated should be used at the bottom. The inner shell shall be powder coated Siemens grey structural RAL 7032 shade. The degree of protection for shell shall be IP-42, with following switchgears :-

Dismantling and opening parts of water cooled DG set of following capacity including coupled alternator with the engine unit for repair, Maintenance and servicing mechanically and electrically, including cleaning, oiling/greasing, removing & replacement of defective / oiling/greasing, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts,ie ‘O’ rings/dieselfilter /oil filter /Air filter /fan belt /hose/Engine Oil etc as required at site and manufacturer's instructions and checking of valves & nozzles etc, reassembling the DG set ensuring proper alignment connecting to existing system and making DG set perfectly operational and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. (including mentioned in Srl No. 14.01 here in below)

Notes:-(i) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A’ as for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A’ as `supply only ‘ but quoted rates are inclusive of replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts, small springs, `O’ rings, screws/gaskets/ packing /studs etc. (ii) Engine oil shall be drained out carefully, collected by the contractor in his own suitable containers and stored properly for checking serviceability including cleaning of oil sump by pouring kerosene oil all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (iii) Fresh engine oil for DG sets shall be supplied by the contractor as “ Supply only” and shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ . Its cost of filling is deemed to be included under the rates quoted by the contractor for above item.

M & L for Cleaning of MS fuel tank of DG sets of various capacity by collecting the fuel in cleaned barrels and removing sludge deposited/accumulated inside the tank and cleaning the tank with kerosene oil , including replacement of fuel tank strainer and fuel gauge with new PVC fuel level indicator fixed with clips to the tank and marking levels for every 10 litre by marking and numbering on the side of fuel tank with synthetic enameled paint and refilling the collected fuel after filtration complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting , dismantling and taking out the non- functional fuel pipe and supply , fixing, connecting and testing fuel rubber flexible pipe wire braided from fuel filter to pump including fittings suitable for 320 KVA 3 phase 50 HZ DG sets complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for checking the serviceableaty of the different spares/components/parts of security light/post top lantern light fittings ( HPSV, metal halide, flood light fittings etc , any wattage/capacity) of any description and fixed in any position , replacement of unservicable/damaged/broken parts either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in position connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES:- (i) Replacement of parts i.e lamps, choke, Igniter, Condenser, Holder, covers etc for HPMV/HPSV/MH/Flood light fittings any wattage & capacity, if any required at site, shall be measured and capacity, if any required at site, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A' as ‘supply only’ . The contractor shall maintain a register showing details of poles with distinct location on which fittings are repaired by using spares/parts supplied by him, the Eng-in-Charge shall verify the fact from site and thereafter it will jointly signed and kept on record, the register shall be produced to AGE alongwith every payment claimed by the contractor and shall be deposited to Eng-in- Charge after completion of work. (ii) Necessary T&P i.e. ladder, tools etc required for checking and making the light fittings in serviceable conditions, its fixing in position and testing shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost for checking and fixing of street light fittings/security light fittings of any description on poles / on walls / on pillars etc i.e. in any position at site.

(ii) Required screws, insulating tapes, internal wiring wire and other minor items excluding the required spares parts for repairing and making the street light fittings/security light fittings in serviceable condition, will be arranged & supplied by the contractor and cost of be arranged & supplied by the contractor and cost of which is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor in above respective item. (iv) Contractor shall be paid only one time the labour charges quoted above in Schedule `A' items for a particular fitting repaired irrespective of the number of times labour and resources arranged by him to check the serviceability of the fittings and replacement of unserviceable / defective parts in order to maintain the fittings in serviceable/working condition. This condition shall be applicable for the fittings in which contractor has provided materials other than Govt supply. (v) Contractor’s quoted rates for this item is deemed to include for inspection/checking the serviceability of the fittings in position or by taking down as per site requirement, removing the damaged unserviceable / broken parts, fixing the new parts as required, fixing the fittings in same position or the other, connecting the fittings with electric source and testing of fittings as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out existing light fitting of any description and in any position on walls including rusted brackets complete and Supply, fixing & testing 24 W LED road way light fitting mounting type made out of one piece in pressure die-cast aluminium, alloy powder coated housing enclosed with glass cover in frame fitted luminaries complete with electronic driver and all accessories suitable for & including lamp 24 W with suitable No's of LEDs . M&L for reparing of old LT Panels/feeder piller such as alingment of both doors , repair / replacement of locking arrangement, door hinges, welding at cracks , uprighting and fixing properly all as directed at site.
