Maintenance of internal & external electrical installations (except St. lighting & high mast lighting)of ancillary buildings such as MM deptt, MT section, CISF offices / barraks/qtr. guards/CISF Camp, Fire Section. GLF Section, Relocated Power House cum AC Plant, Cargo Sub-Stn. cum AC plant Rooms, Dog Squad, Security hut or Office at Different Apron Gates etc. and any other news installation added by AAI, attending day to day complains/faults/berakdowns and taking proper rectification action, ensuring serviceability & satisfactory working condition of the system, on round the clock basis on all days including Sundays & Holidays, as specified in the specifications/special condition of contract as required.

Maintenance cleaning, servicing of all the internal electrical installations at AAI Operational Office Complex & Multi Activity Complex (MAC) alongwith attending day to day complains/faults/berakdowns etc complete with street light, facia/flood light, glow signs etc.i/c supplying of consumables like soap, duster, cotton waste etc. as required on round the clock basis on all days including Sundays & Holidays as per the direction of EIC & as specified in the specifications/special condition of contract as required.

Servicing, cleaning, oiling with setting tripping mechanism along with testing contact resistance, IR value measurement and carrying out other necessary maintenance as per OEM’s recommended practice etc. of LT Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) of 3 /4 pole, upto 800 Amps capacity at Substation/ Switch rooms i/c calibration etc complete as required. Make –C & S.

Complete repair and maintenance i/c rewinding, replacement of defective parts, of the following sizes motors from Authorised /OEM service centre i/c dismantelling, arranging of tools & transportation and fitment of spares etc complete as required with one year warranty from the date of repair complete as required. (Dismantled copper to be adjusted ). a) Upto 5 HP, 415V 3ph motor set.

Fabrication & treatment of damaged portion of Cabinet Box in the existing Feeder Pillar / LT panel as per the site requirement upto the satisfaction of Engg-in- charge etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of existing Fedder Pillar / LT Panel of various sizes with all end terminations and shifting the same to AAI store as per the instruction and complete satisfaction of Engg-in-charge etc. complete as required.

Rewinding of ceiling fan motor (size 1200mm to 1400mm) / exhaust fan (upto 450mm) i/c replacement of ball bearing, shaft etc. as required. Dismantling, transportation to workshop & back and re-installation i/c connection , testing & commissioning as & when required basis. (Dismantled copper to be adjusted )

Repairing of Electric water heater/Geyser of different makes and capacity upto 15 litres including servicing, replacement of heating element, thermostat etc complete as required .

The execution of Delhi Schedule of Rates (E&M) 2018 of estimated amount of Rs 3,00,000.00 Items mentioned in Chapter 1 to Chapter 17 including Appendix-I & II as and when required basis for repair/maintenance/ addition / alteration etc.of internal and External Electrical installations. [Quoting in the Rate 10% below the Estimated amount of Rs 3,00,000.00 means amount will be Rs. 2,70,000/-. Similarly Quoting in the Rate 10% above the Estimated amount of Rs 3,00,000.00 means amount will be Rs.3,30,000/-] (Note: Payment of DSR rate will be made after deduction of GST considered in the Rate of DSR-2018
