Repairs to 300HP ATS Starter of L.I.S Gantamulla by way of: Disconnecting of fully automatic Autotransformer Starter from the main circuit, then dismantling of damaged parts from the starter which comprises of following job. a) Replacement of damaged A.C coil of Telemecanique & Controls LCIF 500A 415volt 50HZ with new one (01 no). b) Providing/fitting & Testing of Single Phase preventer with Phase unbalance ,phase failure Phase Reversal protection relay voltage range 415V Ac 50Hz.(01 no) c) Providing and fitting of new fuse set of reputed make as per sample. d) Minor repairs to copper control wiring of starter including cable ties, connections, tapping and insulation as per requirement. . After completion of work the starter should be tested on full load. Note: Old scrap return to divisional store.

Repairs to 300HP ATS Starter unit no.02 of L.I.S Sheeri-I by way of: Disconnecting of fully automatic Autotransformer Starter from the main circuit, then dismantling of damaged parts from the starter which comprises of following job. a) Providing, fitting & testing of new Contactor Field Coil to MNX 550A 415 volts 50HZ. The Electromagnetic Contactor assembly coil voltage range 240V. (01 no) b) Providing, fitting & setting of electro pneumatic timing relay with timing range up to 60s coil voltage 415V.(2NO + 2NC double block) ON&OFF delay. c) Providing and fitting of new fuse set of reputed make as per sample. d) Minor repairs to copper control wiring of starter including cable ties, connections, tapping and insulation as per requirement. . After completion of work the starter should be tested on full load. Note: Old scrap return to divisional store.
