Excavation in foundation,trenches up to all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work,saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming & dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring/ strutting, planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable of unuseable material/ soil separately & after excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation returning the excavated soil after laying jointing testing of pipes in trenches in 15 Cm layers including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus Excavated soil/unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic,night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and Plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Lintle, columns, pillars, posts & struts upto floor two level complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Foundation & Plinth complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever up to floor two levels complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering struting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in-situ- reinforced concrete and plain concrete in:-

Vertical surface such as wall (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters, butresses, etc. plinth and string course complete job in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landing and the like complete in all respect complete in all respects as per the directions and best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Beams, cantilevers, girders & lintels Sides and soffites of beams beam haunchings, cantilevers, bresummers and lintels not exceeding 1mtr in depth in all heights from floor complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts.

Stair cases with sloping or stepped soffits excluding landing complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Edges of slab and breaks in floor and walls under 20 cm wide complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing mild steel/Tor Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including bending , binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burunt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto flor two level 1st class bricks in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) complete job in all respect with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling in CM 1:3 (1Cement :3 Sand) complete job in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

20 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone/concrete walls for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrisses,internal rounded angles,chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in C.M 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) complete job in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 50mm thick flooring cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering (two coat ) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand & manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortor droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,greese,dirt and other foreign matters,sand papering and knotting.Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink complete job in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces, with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt , dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping with readymixed paint other than white complete job in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing pressed steel in frames of door, windows and clerestorey windows and other wrought framed, rammed and fixed in position complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing panneled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows,including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 40 mm thick. 2nd class deodar wood complete job in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodised Aluminium sliding door bolts with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete job in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodised Aluminium tower bolts (barrel type) with screws etc.complete job in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing ad fixing anodised Aluminium handles anodised colour and shade with necessary screws etc.complete job in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 40x3 mm iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10cm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embending in CC block 30x10x15 cm 1:3:6 (1: cement :3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying, jointing and fixing of GMS tubes of following dia in walls, floors etc. including tube fittings and making the wall, floors etc. good with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Scour Pipe, 150mm dia (MG)

Providing, supplying and fixing of Cast Iron Sluice Valve of following dia of Kirloskar/Leader/Bir make class PN-1.0 with flange table-5 conforming to IS-6392-1971 or latest with upto date ammendments complete i.e. welding of flange and fixing with nuts & bolts and gasket including complete process of fixing new valve by all means. The welding of flanges with pipe should be in double layer on the both faces of flanges including carriage of material complete job in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wiring for light point / fan point / exhaust fan / call bell point with 1.5 Sq. mm. PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in surface/ recessed PVC Conduit and earthing the light point with 1.5 Sq.mm. HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable as required.
