Part - A : Aluminium Works

Openable Aluminium Circular Window - 1800mm Ø (as per DG NO: 16020-00-00-HCP-DG-2212)

Providing and fixing Aluminium glazed window as per existing civil opening having exposed concrete finish of specified size having - Aluminium Sections - All aluminium extruded sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 having polyester powder coating (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron - with a warranty of 10 years) for circular shape window; Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including bending, cleat angle, pressure cleat, crimping angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, SS 304 screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Frame - Fixing with SS 304 dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at periphery with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket including PVC shims of minimum 5 mm thick with backer rod and silicone sealant (both side) etc complete. Shutter - Aluminium framed glazed shutter having specified glass fixed with necessary glazing clip, EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket, snap beading, neutral cure weather silicon etc. complete as per the architectural intent drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. Glass - 6mm thick clear toughen glass including including EPDM rubber on the periphery of the glass, snap beading, glazing clips, neutral cure weather Silicone sealant etc Hardware - 1) Hinge - Aluminium powder coated hinge of required size, number and capacity with 180° soft operation. 2) Lock - Two point powder coated window lock with mortise detachable handle of approved make with gear mechanism of required capacity including all required accessories like nib, nib holder, counter plate, fork, pawl, polyamide strip etc. complete Rate shall be applicable for successful installation of window per unit / number including all material (i.e. aluminium, powder coating, glass, hardware, accessories etc), installation etc complete for all floor, all level, all height and as directed by Engineer in charge. All material shall be of approved make. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing and mock-up/ prototype for approval.

Part - B Bird net of Student Dorms 36-43 and Sports Complex

Bird net of Student Dorms 36-43 and Sports Complex Notes:- 1.Contractor to Prepare all necessary Mockup's and full fledged execution to start after approval of same by IIMA. 2. All works to be done with prior intimation and confirmation from client. Since the work is to be carried out in operational campus, no disturbance to the occupants shall be tolerated. Contractor to plan the working hours accordingly. 3.The contractor to make sure that there shall not be damaged to the existing building. Any damages to the existing building during execution of work has to be replaced/repaired with the same material by the contractor at his cost. 4.No use of elevator shall be allowed for man and material movement.

Invisible grill type Bird Net for Sports Complex Supply and install the invisible grill comprising stainless steel 316 grade wire of minimum 2 mm thickness with transparent nylon casing fixed vertically or horizontally at a distance of 40 mm in a aluminium framework, forming a very safe shield which provides an excellent and safe barrier against pigeon ingress. Aluminium Sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 having polyester powder coating (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron - with a warranty of 10 years). Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free and straight This also includes Stainless still 8mm dia anchor Fasteners, SS 304 Stiffeners SS 304 10mm dia net bolt and necessary accessories. The rate is inclusive of working at all heights and levels and Scaffolding.

Nylon Bird net for Dorm 19 to 35 and Dorm 39 to 43 Providing & fixing in position bird net at various balcony openings made of approx. 15 ply ( thickness) nylon ultraviolet net approx. size 25 mm x 25 mm square gap as per approved sample black or white colour as per requirement. Net to be fixed on wall or RCC surface using S.S. screw or hooks of appropriate size and at appropriate distance as per site requirement. Actual area of the opening covered by net with over lapping will be measured and paid. The rate is inclusive of working at all heights and levels and necessary safety measures

Part-A Fit-out Works

Partition with both side fabric panel (as per DG NO: 16020-00-00-HCP-DG-2203) Providing and fixing partition with both side fabric (150mm wide) as per attached concept design/ drawing. The partition work to be executed as per following provisions: 1) Wooden framing having 150mm x 25mm thick first class teak wood on all periphery and internal framing (as per required sizes) of first class teak wood kiln seasoned termite treated wood shall be provided in proper line and level. Wooden framing shall be fixed on existing kota stone floor with SS 304 anchor fastener of approved make and required capacity. Contractor shall take proper care of not breaking / damaging the existing kota flooring while anchoring. If any kota stone in flooring is damaged while anchoring / fixing / moving of furniture item, contractor shall make the same good as per existing adjacent kota stone flooring and as suggested by Engineer in charge. 2) 12mm thick marine grade plywood shall be fixed on the both side of wooden framing with SS 304 screws, fastener, adhesives etc. complete. 3) 12 mm thick soft board, covered with fabric of approved make and shade in required pattern to be fixed on ply panelling on both sides with help of screws, nuts, fasteners, adhesives etc. complete. 4) All wooden surfaces shall be polished with external grade water base PU polish of approved make, shade and finish. All wooden surface shall be pre-polished. If final coat shall be polished after fixing, contractor shall take care to protect the installed fabric as well as existing adjacent surfaces. The rate shall be inclusive of wooden framing, 12mm plywood, soft board with fabric, beading, fastener, screws, adhesive, PU polish, scaffolding, sampling, mock up, rectifying and cleaning of adjacent surfaces etc. complete for all floor, all level and as directed by Engineer in charge. Contractor shall prepare shop drawings and get approval from Architect and Engineer charge prior to execution. Only out to out elevation area of partition including outer frame (one side only) shall be measured for payment. Basic rate of Fabric - Rs. 1500/sqm

Partition with both side plywood and veneer (as per DG NO: 16020-00-00-HCP-DG-2203) Providing and fixing veneer finish partition (150mm wide) as per concept design/ drawing. The partition work shall be executed as per following provisions: 1) Wooden framing having 150mm x 25mm thick first class teak wood on all periphery and internal framing (as per required sizes) of first class teak wood kiln seasoned termite treated wood shall be provided in proper line and level. Wooden framing shall be fixed on existing kota stone floor with SS 304 anchor fastener of approved make and required capacity. All wooden surface shall be pre-polished. If final coat shall be polished after fixing, contractor shall take care to protect the installed fabric as well as existing adjacent surfaces. The rate shall be inclusive of wooden framing, 12mm plywood, veneer, beading, fastener, screws, adhesive, PU polish, scaffolding, sampling, mock up, rectifying and cleaning of adjacent surfaces etc. complete for all floor, all level and as directed by Engineer in charge. Contractor shall prepare shop drawings and get approval from Architect and Engineer charge prior to execution. Only out to out elevation area of partition including outer frame (one side only) shall be measured for payment.

Gypsum Panelling on Closed Stud (as per DG NO: 16020-00-00-HCP-DG-2203) Providing and fixing of Close stud/ C stud type wall panelling framing system of approved make. All member of framing system shall be as per IS 513, AZ coating 150 GSM. System includes 48x0.6 mm closed/ C stud shall be placed at 600mm c/c in 50x0.5mm floor and ceiling channel. Floor channel shall be cut & bend and braced with wall and closed stud at every 900mm c/c vertically. Floor & ceiling channel is anchored to the existing kota stone flooring (Contractor shall take proper care while anchoring in existing kota stone flooring. If any kota stone shall be damage while anchoring, contractor shall make good as per existing kota stone flooring and as suggested by Engineer in charge) & true ceiling using Rawl plug of size Ø8x45mm/ required size of anchor fasteners of approved make having Pull Out Load-7.5kN at 600mm c/c in centreline manner. Noggin channel made of 48x0.6mm closed stud/ C stud shall be provided at the horizontal joints of the two boards and top of the board in case the top board is not going up to the ceiling / beam bottom and installed with L angle cleat of required size. Screw fixing is done only mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment. 12.5mm thick tapered edge plain Gypsum Board (in single layer) having density minimum 600 kg/m3 (conforming to IS 2095 Part 1 : 2011) shall be fixed with drywall screws of required length at minimum spacing of 300mm at centre and 150mm at periphery. Boards shall be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Jointing compound, Joint Paper tape, angle beads at corners. Gypsum board shall be finished with two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved make and shade with required surface preparation and including minimum two coats of suitable primer. Contractor shall take proper care while painting on gypsum board to surround exposed concrete surface. After finishing, gypsum board shall be flush with adjoining surface with provision of groove. Contractor shall co-ordinate the services work in framing as per drawing and as directed by engineer in charge. Total system shall be in plumb, line and level. Rate shall be inclusive of the cost of framing system, gypsum board, support members, fasteners, fixing details etc as provided in standard systems of approved manufacturers etc complete for all level all height. Out to out Area of panelling shall be measured for payment without considering any wastage.

Modular Glass partition system for cabin second floor (as per DG NO: 16020-00-00-HCP-DG-2203) Providing and fixing modular aluminium glass partition and door system of approved make. Single glazed mullion free glass partition and door using 10mm thick toughen glass and aluminium sections having 50 micron polyester powder coating of approved make and shade of size 100mm x 30 to 45mm with featured concealed sealing (No visible gaskets/ seals) with acoustic rating of 30 dB with third party test certificate. It shall consists of intermediate slim junction profiles for Glass to Glass vertical joints, 90 Degree L junction and T junction profiles suitably to be used as per partition configuration designs. No visible clip lines to provide clutter free view at both side of section. The Glass to be offset mounted towards outer edge leading to minimum aluminium frame on one side. It shall consist of profile bottom seal pair for additional acoustic. Aluminium profile shall be fixed on existing kota stone flooring with suitable anchoring system as per manufacturer's specification. Contractor shall take proper care while anchoring in existing kota stone flooring. If any kota stone shall be damage while anchoring, contractor shall make good as per existing kota stone flooring and as suggested by Engineer in charge. Infill panel/ shutter - 10mm thick clear toughen glass and as per drawing. All Profiles are minimum 1.5mm thickness excluding of powder coating. Standards applicable - • Structural stability test accordance to BS 5234: Part2:1992 & EN 1991-1-1:2002 • Acoustic test for sound insulation in accordance to DIN EN ISO 10140-2 ASTME - E90 • Aluminium profile sections are manufactured and tested in accordance to EN573-3, EN755-2, DIN EN 12020 T2, non-dimensions manufacturing tolerance deviation DIN ISO 2768-1 or DIN 18202, DIN 1249 DIN EN ISO 12543. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing based on concept drawing and prepare mock-up for approval. Contractor shall coordinate for any type of services in partition system. Work shall be carried out as per approved drawing, as per approved sample and as directed by engineer in charge. Out to out dimension of partition and door system shall be measured for payment. Rate shall be inclusive of cost of 50 micron polyester powder coated aluminium framing system for partition and shutter, 10mm thick toughen glass, wired glass, all required hardware for shutter (i.e. door closer, hinge, suitable lock and pair of push pull handle of any shape up to 300mm length etc), fixing accessories, SS 304 fasteners, gaskets, sealants etc. all required to completely install the system as per drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Frosted Film Supplying and applying in position PVC Frosted Glass film having 100 to 130 micron thickness of approved make in any type, size, shade and pattern as approved by Architect and Engineer in Charge on internal glass partitions and glass doors. The Film to be pasted without appearance of any air bubble over the glass surface. The rates shall be inclusive of cleaning, necessary scaffolding, tools / tackles etc. following to the architectural drawings and manufacturer's specifications and / or instructions for all shapes, all heights, all floor, all levels including sampling, mock up as directed by Engineer in charge.

Anti-Glare Film Supplying and applying in position PVC Anti-Glare film on Glass, having 100 to 130 micron thickness of approved make in any type, size, shade and pattern as approved by Architect and Engineer in Charge on internal glass windows and doors. The Film to be pasted without appearance of any air bubble over the glass surface. The rates shall be inclusive of cleaning, necessary scaffolding, tools / tackles etc. following to the architectural drawings and manufacturer's specifications and / or instructions for all shapes, all heights, all floor, all levels including sampling, mock up as directed by Engineer in charge.
