Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated/tile pattern steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as inroof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion (interior grade) on wall all as specified and as per manufactuers instructions all as specified and as directed.

Exacavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and depth and getting out in hard and dense soil all as specified and as directed.Note ;- a) prior approval of station HQ is to be obtained to avoid loss of other co existing utility services b)The excavation has to be done manually only.

Returing and filling in including levelling watering and well ramming into layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from starting point.

Supply and spreading riddled earth for cushioning of the UG cable in trenches all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying PCC unreinforced cable cover of size 250 mmx150mmx40mm , class LV type I flat for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting the existing road/hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soling and moorum filling including excavating for laying the cable/pipe, width 0.3 Mtr and depth 0.5 Mtr all as directed and making good the road/hard using PCC as required at site to match with the existing surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.( NOTE: The hand driller/ breaker machine diamond cutter will be used all as directed by Engr-in-charge with prior permission.)

Material and labour for supply and fix of GI tubing light grade 80 mm nominal dia including taking down in trench/road/pole for cable protection complete all as specified and directed and as directed.

Material and labour for supply , installation ,testing and commissioning of LT feeder pillar box out door type double door with canopy arrangement ,floor mounted free standing, dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick sheet outside and internal compartment with not less than 2 mm thickness CRCA sheet of suitable size duly pretreated in seven tank process for degreasing, de- rusting and phosphate primer power coated then painted with final coat of epoxy based power coat.Panel Size should not be less than 1m x 1m x 0.6m. panel shall be having front and rear opening for installation of separate cable alleys with proper locking arrangement with busbar chamber and switch gear compartment, Provision for cable alleys to be provided and bottom cable entry for incoming and outgoing cable. A clear space of 400 mm to be kept from floor level for switch gear compartment using mounting stand. Extended bus bar links/terminals to be provided for heat dissipation suitable size knockout holes for cable glands shall be provided. Paint shall be epoxy based approved shade of colour and make size of panel duly mentioned the size of each componet switch gear layout drawing shall be submitted for the approval of GE through Engr- In -Charge before ordering the item. The panel shall dully supported on angle iron of size 40x40x4mm thick . Panel shall be sutiable to accommodate and including the following accessories:-
