Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses and base plates, gussets plates, stiffeners, connecting plates etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete as instructed and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Hot finished welded type tubes Note- for Hollow box section

Providing and fixing of full threaded Anchor fastner - M10 x 100 with Epoxy resin anchor grout (chemical) including drilling with diamond drill bit to achieve the required depth in R.C.C. etc., for all height and levels etc., complete as instructed and directed by Engineer-in-charge. The Payment shall be made on the actual quantity of Anchor fastners / bolts fixed at the site.

Providing and fixing Aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket including applying sealant at the junction of MS structure and Aluminium sections from inside and outside etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing to be paid for separately) : NOTE: All fitting works shall be carried out as per I.S specifications including necessary rivets, screws, lugs, scaffolding, etc., complete all generally as per drawings. The sizes of the components should confirm as per details in drawings. The cost also included for sliding arrrangements including locking arrangements of sliding window.

Aluminium work -For Fixed Portion - Providing and Fixing Anodised aluminium sections (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) including all the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required etc, and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Aluminium work- For Shutters of doors, windows & Ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for Separately). Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing Compact sheet of 5 mm thickness and approved shade of Make “Sundek, bloom, Bakelite, century or equivalent” inside wooden/Aluminimum partition / door etc; complete all as per approved drawing, colour, design & direction by Engineer-in-charge. The finished size of the panel shall be measured and paid. The cut edges of the compact sheet shall be provided with masking tape. Complete as per requirement and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing glazing in Alluminium Door, Window, Ventilator, shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawing and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. With float glass of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm). Note:-Supply cost of Aluminium clips / Aluminium beadings are measured in seperate items mentioned above for DOORS / WINDOWS / PARTITIONS etc.

Providing and fixing Butt hinges of Stainless steel of size 100mm*58mm*1.9mm including bolt, SS screw and other necessary connections and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing Aluminium Tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete as instructed and directed by Engineer-in-charge. : 300x10 mm

Providing and fixing Aluminium Handles (Pair), ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete as instructed and directed by Engineer-in-charge. : 125 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal Hydraulic Door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete as instructed and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing bringht finished brass 100mm mortice latch lock ISI marked, with six levers and a pair of anodised aluminium level handlies of approved quality with necessary screw etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Painting with Synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade etc complete as instructed and directed by Engineer-in-charge. : Two or more coats on new work Note : Measurement will be taken in Sqm of the treated/painted surface area of individual members.
