Supply & installation of 1000 W to 1500 W LEDFlood light luminaires with all accessories . Luminaire should be manufactured from High powerede LED Chip . Approved make for chip are of OSRAM / Nichia / Cree / Lumilad . Luminaire housing should be made up of PDC Aluminium / Extruded Aluminium with Glass cover and should confirm protection class of IP 66 and IK 08 . Lumen output of the fittings should not be less than 120 lumen per watt in CCT 5500+/- 365 deg K and CRI > 80% . Life expectancy of the luminaire should be 50,000 hrs at LM 70 . Luminaire should be supplied with 5kV internal and 10 kV external surge protection . Dimmable Driver should be constant current potted type with THD < 10% and PF > 95% . Bidder to submit LM 79 report from NABL approved test house and BIS certificate for both fittings and driver (supply quantity that is numbers of fittings to be supplied may be reduced as per direction of the authority concerned as per availablity of fund)........................numbers.
Thorough testing & Commissioning of the luminairs & overall systems by adjusting the positions & angles etc. so that the propoer & uniform illumination is achieved over the football ground as per FIFA guidelines 2011 for the Non televised Class I& class II levels of events for 200lux & 500LUX. Horizontal uniformities U1( Min/Max) = 0.5 & U2 = (Min/Avg)= 0.7.
Design, manufacturing, supply, erection of Hot dip galvanised, polygonal high masts with fixed head frame suitable for mounting ........... nos. of .......... KW LED Flood light and 1 no. AOL LED light fixtures complete with all accessories as required. The height of the mast from base upto top of head frame shall be ............... mtrs.
