Supply and topping up of new insulating transformer oil (ISI marked) and filling after dehydration of transformer oil having di-electric strength not less than 60 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration, filtration and topping up of transformer oil to achieve dielectric strength not less than 40KV/4 mm complete all as specified for the following transformers including testing of transformer oil after filtration for the following capacity complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Transformer 400 KVA-01 No (b) Transformer 315 KVA-03 No (c) Transformer 250KVA-01 (d) Transformer 200 KVA-06 Nos (e) Transformer 125 KVA-01 No (f) Transformer 100 KVA-06 Nos

Removing grass , bushes and creepers growing at transformer yard,LT panel board ,two pole structures and four pole structures and,keep the yard area and surrounding neat and clean including spraying of necessary chemical required for destroying grass/shrubs/weeds complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair MCCB 4 pole 100Amps rating breaking capacity 16 KA, Ics =50% Icu as per IEC 60947-II , optium 1.0E fixed TM MCCB range, class II front face, fixed overload and fixed short circuit setting, 415 volt in the existing feeder pillar box including any addition /alteration to the panel to accomodate the new MCCB making connections as required from main bus bars including making necessary welding work and metal work if required complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 here in before but 250 Amps rupturing capacity 25 kA.

All as per item No 4 here in before but 400 Amps rupturing capacity 36 kA.

Disconnecting HT/LT connections of the pole mounted/plinth mounted out door/indoor type transformer, opening up the top cover to carryout repairs at site, including draining out oil from the transformer in suitable container and to carryout the transformer for repair such as replacement of gasket, HT/LT side brass studs bushing ,cork sheet, breather, temperature gauge, gate valve, silica gel and refilling the oil all as specified and as directed. Note: The materials required for repair/replacement has been cattered as supply only here in after.

Supply only new cork sheet gasket 5 mm thick superior quality on top cover plate of the transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 315 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only LT bush assembly brass complete with double check nuts, washers and oil seal all accessories without bushing insulators for transformer capacity 100 to 125 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only LT bush assembly brass complete with all accessories without bushings insulators for transformer capacity 200 to 315 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only HT bush assembly brass complete with double check nuts, washers and oil seal all accessories without bushing insulators for transformer capacity 100 KVA to 125 KVA.

Supply only HT bush assembly brass complete with double check nuts, washers and oil seal all accessories without bushing insulators for transformer capacity 200 KVA to 315 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only moistured silica gel complete with new silica gel including cleaning of breather assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread loose filling with aggregates of gauge 63 mm inside the fencing of two pole structure/four pole structure transformer yard upto a layer thickness of 150mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair lightening arrestor expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suitable for 11000 Volts including brackets, clamps, nuts, washers and connecting to earth wire 4mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair switch air break, gang operated, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, having current rating upto 200 Amps for working pressure 11000 Volts with drop out type fuses (three numbers of 40 Amp capacity) including applying grease for male /female contact and replacement of burnt termination grips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair gang operated switch air break of any type / capacity, servicing to the loading arrangement, applying grease to all joints for smooth operation including replacement of burnt male / female contact, taping arrangements if any complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for earthing galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6.00mm thick burried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level) connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers, of galvanised iron or steel including GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for protection of earth lead,GI funnel and wire mesh etc complete all as shown in Electrical plate no 3 of SSR 2009(part- I) including necessary excavation earth work, form work, earth pit of size 450X450X300 mm of PCC M-15 (Nominal mix)using stone aggregate earth pit cover of PCC and 20 mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering and charcoal dust,common salt, and connected to test point 7.5 mtr from earth pit including testing on completion with earth resistance value, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the HT electric supply from PCC two pole structures and M&L for applying two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide including preparation of steel surface of all cross arms/channels angle iron bracing. Preparation of surface of HT poles by removing flaking particles for smoothness and M&L for applying two coat of acrylic exteriors emulsion water proofing paint on PCC poles complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 19 here in before but PCC four pole structure.

Disconnecting the HT electric supply from steel tubular two pole structure and M&L for applying two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide including preparation of steel surface of all cross arm/ channels angle iron bracings and steel tubular poles complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item 21 here in before but steel tubular 4 pole structure.

M&L in replacement of synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per relevant IS code suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement Danger notice plate for HTof 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for replacement of cable jointing kit straight through for earthed grade cable heat shrinkable suitable for 3 core 11 KV XLPE cable size 120-185 Sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for replacement of cable jointing kit straight through for earthed grade cable heat shrinkable suitable for 3 core 11 KV XLPE cable size 50-95 Sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for replacement of cable end termination kit with all accessories for earthed system grade cable heat shrinkable outdoor type suitable for 3 core 11 KV XLPE cable size 120-185 Sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for replacement of cable end termination kit with all accessories for earthed system grade cable heat shrinkable outdoor type suitable for 3 core 11 KV XLPE cable size 50-95 Sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cutting/Trimming of tree branches 3 mtr all arround apart from LT O/H line,two pole/ 4 pole structures,substations,cleaning of LT/OH conductor line and removing trimmed tree branches from sitecomplete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing /testing of breaker/control panel including CT/ PT and relays in control panel of RMU/VCB of capacity 630-800 Amps and rating 11 KV complete as details mentioned as under:- (a) Details of servicing of breaker :- (i) Adjustment of mechanism if required. (ii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth. (iii) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc. use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts. (iv) Check for rust and wear. (v) Check Spring Tension and pitting of the Cluster Contacts. (vi) Visual check for rust and deformation. (vii) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc. (viii) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires. (ix) Check whether the contacts are damaged by arcing. (x) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any. (xi) Check close & trip coil. (xii) Checking of Jaw Contacts Conditions and repair/adjust. (xiii) Replace the jaw contacts,If required. (xiv) Improvement of resistance of epoxy insulator and epoxy body by applying post heated varnish. (xv) Replacement of Dashpot/shock absorbers . (xvi) Replacement of carbon brush of spring charging motor (xvii) Checking, cleaning, tightening , testing the busbars incl bus chambers,support insulator, Spouts, CT/PT etc.

(b) The following test shall be carried out:- (i) Primary Injection Test of CT / PT (ii) Closing & Opening Timing Test for all three poles. (iii) IR Test with megger in open and closed condition. (c) Testing of Over current and earth fault relay of control panel with Secondary Injection Kit ,checking and programming of relay (d) Testing of DC Supply supervision and Master trip relay. Note: The new items required if any during servicing for smooth functioning of the above VCB/RRMU deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
