The intending bidder/firm/Company should have satisfactorily completed at least one Similar nature of work: Supply of manpower for Canal water Management or Supply of Manpower of Skilled & Unskilled Category of work of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender i.e. Rs.18.73 Lakhs during the last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26 Note-An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to the cost of work done to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Certificate should be obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer

Performance certificate should be provided by Executive Engineer based on his available previous five (05) years records in the prescribed format. Critical Quantities The bidder shall compulsorily furnish documents pertaining to experience in supplying of manpower in any one financial year during the last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26(Sowdies/Neergunties/Sluice operator/Unskilled category-40 Nos)

Financial Turnover Each tenderer in his name should have in the last five financial years i.e.from 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years, an average Annual Financial Turnover of the value usually equal to the Amount put to tender under this contract i.e., Rs 37.46 Lakhs Note: 1)An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to the financial turnover to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Turnover certificate duly certified by Chartered Accountant should be uploaded with UDIN (Ref Appendix 1)2) Audited balance sheets mentioning UDIN number should be mandatorily uploaded along with tender, failing with which tender will be liable for Rejection. and Tender capacity Eligible Tenderers will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value.
