SF6 insulated, BIL 38 KV/95 KV peak, both side extensible, outdoor duty 4 way, manually operated Ring main unit ( 4 LBS ) consisting of copper busbar in SF6 insulated with right angle boot Touch Proof termination Kits. The RMU design should preferably support site replaceable HT cable bushing. All the necessary wirings and space for FRTU to be given along with RMU for future compatibility with SCADA system (Supply of FRTU is not in scope). Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Copper Earthing for neutral of transformer with copper earth plate 600mm x 600 mm x3 thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 Mtr. long etc with charcoal/coke and salt as required to complete the job including copper strip of size 40x 6mm from equipment to earthing complete in all rescept as per the direction of Engineer incharge.

Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of GI Earthing for body earthing HT Panel & Transformer with GI plate 600mm x 600 mm x3 thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 Mtr. long etc with charcoal/coke and salt as required to complete the job including GI strip of size 40x 6mm from equipment to earthing complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer incharge.

Prov. & fixing fire retardant/ extinguishing Electrical Insulated Synthetic Mat of size 3.00mm thick+10% confirming to IS; 15652 :2006 & metering requirements of SI; 3043, IS 5216 ( Part 1, 2 &3), IS 8437 and 479 Pub-1, Testing of Breakdown Strength,tensile/Elongation ageing properties, insulation resistance effects of acid alkaline diesel and transformer oil, leakage current test, fire test etc. having minimum width of 1000mm + 20mm. All allied material such as PU- resin, chemi bond (hardner) Aspl. PVC adhesive, liquid primer etc. suitable for all voltage not exceeding 66KV system with HT Trolley movment complete in all rescept as per the direction of Engineer incharge.

Supplying, Installation, testing & commissioning of 11kV XLPE 3x300mm2 armoured cable including DWC HDPE Corrugated pipe 150mm Dia ,per ISI specifications and latest ammendment thereof .excavation and refilling of trench:(B-0.500X H-1.00mtr) including cable tray and MS Angle iron to be used in open space near station complete in all rescept as per the direction of Engineer incharge.

Supplying, Installation, testing & commissioning of Heat Shrinkable End Termination Kit suitable for 11kV XLPE 3x300mm2 armoured cable as per ISI specifications and latest ammendment thereof CPRI tested complete in all rescept as per the direction of Engineer incharge. Make:3M/Denson/Rychem/Frontech.

Supplying, Installation, testing & commissioning of Heat Shrinkable Straight through Jointing Kit suitable for 11kV XLPE 3x300mm2 armoured cable as per ISI specifications and latest ammendment thereof CPRI tested complete in all rescept as per the direction of Engineer incharge.Make:3M/Denson/Rychem/Frontech.

Supplying, Installation, testing & commissioning of 1.1KV grade XLPE 3.5 Core 240mm2 LT cable with thimble, including DWC HDPE Corrugated pipe 150mm Dia ,per ISI specifications and latest ammendment thereof .excavation and refilling of trench:(B-0.500X H-1.00mtr) including cable tray and MS Angle iron to be used in open space near station as per ISI specifications and latest ammendment thereof complete in all rescept as per the direction of Engineer incharge.
