• Disconnecting of 500 KVA voltage stabilizer from AC supply, dragging to loading site by way of using tools & tackles, loading and carrying in private load carrier to workshop for repairs. • Dismantling of core/coils from container by using skilled labours to assess the nature of fault. • Complete rewinding of 02 no legs (40 kg/leg) in pure copper wire of adequate strength as per sample • Providing and fitting of insulation material like PVC cotton tape, cork sheet, latheride paper, nuts & bolts for winding and core cell • Reassembling the whole unit at workshop and shifting of the same to station and tested on full load. • Deduct the cost of old scrap as 80% of the weight of copper wire at ( 64) or as per actual.
