Disconnecting and Dismantling the existing indoor type, 33 KV/ 11 KV horizontal/ vertical draw out type VCB trolly of rupturing capacity 630/1250 Amps from location and repair/ overhauling and carrying with following maint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spare Parts will be measured & paid separetely.

Inspectiing/ overhauling of Mannual/ motorised spring drive mechanisum by checking mechanism , motor and gear assembly, big gear assembly, stop bolt assembly, main shaft interlocking assembly, closing spring assembly, small cam with screw, motor cut-off limit switch, butter fly switch assembly and apply multi grease lubricant to function smoothly complete all as specified and directed.

Inspecting/ overhauling of earthfault release assembly, tripping coil, auxilary switch and checking of electrical wiring system, complete all as specified and directed.

Inspecting/ overhauling/ cleaning and inspecting through insulator, vacuum interupters by carbun cleaner solution and apply dry graphite conductive selant for electrical contacts to avoid carbun deposits on contact surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Overhauling and secondary injection of over current earth fault relays/release on each multiple setting readjustment by artificial load of VCB, 33 KV/11KV indoor type complete all as specified including testing complete, all as specified and directed.

Assembling all items /components parts to the respective postion & testing the breaker with High Voltage(DC) and Meggering before and after high voltage test complete.

M&L opening the bus bar chamber, CT chamber, PT chamber and meter chamber of HT 33 KV/11KV, Panel Board and carryout following complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spare Parts will be measured & paid separetely.

Inspecting/Cleaning/ overhauling of bus bar chamber by checking of Bus bars, spout insulators, space heaters and removing dust with vacuum cleaner/ blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of bus bars, insulators and applying STRIPPEX (A), STRIPPEX (B) and HT tape and test with High Voltage (DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete all as specified and directed.

Inspecting/ cleaning/ overhauling of CT/PT chamber by checking of Bus bars, spout insulators, space heaters and checking of wiring system and removing dust with vacuum cleaner/ Blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of bus bars, insulators and applying Anti Tracking Paint on CT's and insulators and HT Tape, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and overhauling and testing potential transformer capacity 33KV/ 11KV and replacement of worn out spares such as fuse, contacts, bushing, control wiring fibre plates and applying multi grease to the mechanical parts & dry graphite conductive seaslant to contacts etc & re-assembling the same and commissionng complete all as spepcified and directed.

Disconnecting HT/LT supply and servicing /testing/overhauling of indoor/outdoor Transformer of capacity upto 630 KVA and ratig 11 KV/433V including painting of Transformer with two coat of synthetic enamel paint after cleaning, scraping, and filling of carities for out side surface of transformer including topping up/filling transformer oil to achieve required level of oil in the transformer complete and keeping in on load all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) All consumable required in servincing is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (b) Transformer oil and filtration of oil shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BoQ.

Dismantling Air Circuit Breakers, four pole/ three pole upto 1600 Amps, 415 Volts, draw out/fixed type from location and repair/servicing/overhauling of spring drive mechanism, coil auxiliary switch including setting of over load coil, no volt coil, tripping coil & apply multi grease for mechanical parts, cleaning and inspecting male and female contacts and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for contacts, checking of electrical wiring system, testing and assembling all items componets parts to the respective position and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- All the spares of for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BoQ as "Supply only".

Supply only clossing coil assembly suitable for existing 11 KV VCB . Make ABB all as specified and directed.

Supply only tripping coil assembly suitable for existing 11 KV VCB Make ABB complete all as specified and directed.

Suuply and Toping of new transformer oil with 50 KV di-electric strength complete to any size of transformer and installed at any location (Power house installation) complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Power/Asian/Savita/Electric.

Dehydration/filteration of transformer oil of existing transformer installed at site with portable plant to improve the dielectric strength by extracting the moisture contents and carbon deposits from oil and bringing it to 50 to 60 KV dielectric strength including carrying out acidity test /dielectric test before and after filtration complete all as directed.

Supply and Fixing of breather with 250/300/400/500 gms slica gel or as per existing of indoor/ outdoor type transformer of capacity 100/400/630/1000 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

S&Findicating lamp holder with bulb LED (Red, Yellow, Blue, green) type of indicate incoming supply suitable for 24V DC/ 110 VAC/240 Volts AC, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Teknic/ C&S/ L&T.

M&L for fault finding on HT Cables of any size and any length with fault detective machine by thumbing method and suitable high voltage, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing in repair XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade of cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3.5 core, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole complete, all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing in repair XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade of cross-sectional area 70 Sqmm, 3.5 core, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole complete, all as specified and directed. Note for item Nos 15 to 18 : (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI pipe for protection and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting involved during excavation for laying of cables etc shall be made good as per existing road. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates of the item shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

Taking down/ dismantling transformer of capacity 1000 KVA, 33 KV/11 KV carefully from its original position manually or mechanically and transporting both way to work shop and instllation, refixing, reconnecting after necessary repairs carred out and testing on load, complete all as specified and directed.

Draining out transformer oil from transformer tank and dismantling top cover along with conservator and 3 Nos of HT bushings, 4 Nos of LT bushings,1 Nos of earth bushing, HV winding connection from bushing stud and LV winding from bushings carefully, dismantling the core connections of 1000 KVA transformer, 33KV/11KV from tank and taking out core alongwith winding from tank carefully and dismantling off load tap changer and other winding connections from top of the core carefully and all as per manufacturer specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning oil tank of transformer 1000KVA, 33KV/11KV and removing sludges from tank , manufacturers specifications and standared practice complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Transformer oil will be measured and paid separately.

Re-assembling the HV winding, LV winding, off load tap changer with core of transformer 33KV/11KV and all winding connections and core should be assembled with suitable insulated hardware and insulating material /varnishing and ovening as per manufacturers specifications and standared practice, complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing the core with winding assembly of Transformer 1000 KVA 33KV/11KV into the oil tank with suitable fixing arrangements and re-connecting HV and LV internal connections to HV and LV bushings and replacing gaskets of bushings, bottom and top valve, top cover, conservator and replacing selica gel breather and fixing top cover with conservator as and re-assembling all parts respect to original position and refilling of new transformer oil and filer to achieve the BDV values and testing as per manufacturers specifications and standared practice complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Transformer oil will be measured and paid separately.

Painting of transformer upto 1000 KVA capacity 33KV/11KV, indoor/outdoor type, with two coat of synthetic enamel paint after cleaning, scraping, and filing of carities for outside and inside surface of transformer and all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The contractor intimate and arrange for visit to factory by department before and after repairing of transformer and rate are deemed to coated rate, complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for dismantling the faulty HV winding carefully of transformer 1000 KVA, 33 KV/11 KV from core and re-winding the HV widing with suitable size of insulated copper wire and as per manufacturers specifications and standard practice, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling the faulty LV winding carefully of transformer 1000 KVA, 33 KV/11 KV from core and re-winding the LV widing with suitable size of insulated copper wire and as per manufacturers specifications and standard practice, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in front of outdoor LT Panel/ Pole including necessary form work etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep laying under ground cables/ GI Pipes etc. and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete, all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick,complete, all as specified & directed.

Removal of excavated surplus spoil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point,complete, all as specified & directed.

M & L for sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. NOTE- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast conrete cable cover, class LV Type-I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair GI strip of size 32x6mm fixed on wall or floor including PVC saddles spacers and fixing screws not exc. 60 cm apara complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair HT insulating rubber mat complete to any size and installed at any location with and including all insulating solution and material for fixing/ laying the mat complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement for Danger notice plate of size 25x15cm and 1.6mm thick mild steel, vitreous enamelled white, with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clmaps, nuts, bolts and washers, clamps made out of 25x3mm flat iron for LT poles/transformers/pillar box etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement for Danger notice plate of size 25x20cm and 1.6mm thick mild steel, vitreous enamelled white, with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clmaps, nuts, bolts and washers, clamps made out of 25x3mm flat iron for HT poles/transformers/pillar box etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting LT AC supply and DC supply and servicing and cleaning of Float cum Boost Charger with DC DB panel of capacity 24 Volt/20 Amp complete like PCB boards, connectors, MCBs, Relays with function of all Meters, sector switch and indication lamp etc with all internal wiring including DC DB panel to VCB control panel complete and submit test report complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting HT supply and servicing /testing/overhauling of SF-6 circuit breaker (RMU) of capacity 1250 amps and rating 11 KV by cleaning and de-corbonising the moving contact points, cleaning with CRC. checking proper operation of moving parts, repair to motor charge spring mechanism checking of DC supply wiring, parts tightening all nuts and bolts of components. Lubricating moving parts with petroleum jelly & topping up/filling SF-6 gas to achieve required gas pressure (Minimum 6 kg/sqcm) in the breaker as directed and testing complete and keeping in on load including painting of RMU with two coat of synthetic enamel paint after cleaning, scraping, and filling of carities for out side/inside surace of RMU, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) All consumable required in servincing/overhauling is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (b) All the spares of for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BoQ as "Supply"only.

Supply only SG-6 gas suitable for circuit breaker (RMU) of 11 KV outdoor/indoor type SF-6 breaker complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting and removing grass, vegetation bushesh etc. from surrounding of installation/ LT Apnel/ four Pole strucutre/ Sub Stations and removing all rubbish to a distance not execeeding 50m, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement for lightening arrester intermediate type porcelain housing, complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity 65KA suitable for 33 KV GOD including taking down unserviceable LA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement relay compriise the IDMTL & instantaneous over current and earth fault protection (50/50N & 51/51N) with commissioning by cutting the HT panel and replacement of complete circuit wiring as required including alarm/trip testing through injection method and complete re-setting as required with respect to trip setting HT panels installed at MRSS in such way that all the fault are arrested locally including arranging or cracking of existing password and ensuring proper functioning of relays complete all as specified and directed. Make - C&S CSENEX-I 100 or equavalent in LT.
