Special Eligibility Criteria

   This item is reserved to be procured from RDSO approved vendor for the Item ID 3100065 Sub Item ID 3100065001 of RDSO vendor directory for SMPS Based Integrated Power Supply (IPS). Please refer Clause No.2.5.1 of the General Conditions of Contract (attached).

   The procurement of the item is restricted to Class I local suppliers only and the vendors who do not qualify to be Class I local suppliers should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class I local supplier for the tendered item and participates in the tender it does so at their own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor. Requirement of a vendor to be a Class I local supplier for the this item, shall be a mandatory condition in addition to other qualifying/eligibility criteria/conditions.

   Authorised dealer(s) /agent(s) of RDSO approved source(s) must submit tender specific authorization letter from RDSO approved source(s) along with the online offer(s) failing which their offers shall be ignored.

   The Annexure-A of the user definable items and price breakup is attached with the tender. The user definable items may or may not be required on site to site basis and POs will be placed accordingly after taking confirmation from user dept. The annexure of the user definable items attached with this tender is to be downloaded by the bidders and the rate columns therein against each item are to be filled up by them and uploaded with their financial offers hereunder clear signatures. Bidders to note that if they fail to upload/attach the filled up annexure-A of user definable items, their offers will be liable to be ignored.

   Sharing of Land Border with India Clause: Bidders are requested to go through Clause No. 32.0 (32.1 to 32.6) of SER Instruction to Tenderers and General Conditions. Bidders should confirm following certificate for Compliance:------ (a) I have read the clause Sr. No. 32 of Instructions to tenderers and general conditions of tenders for supply contract attached with the tender regarding restrictions on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India or bidder who has a specified Transfer of Technology (T.O.T) arrangement with an entity from a country which shares a land border with India and on sub-contracting to ontractors from such countries. -----(b) I certify that this bidder is neither from such a country nor have a specified Transfer of Technology (T.O.T) arrangement with such an entity from a country which shares a land border with India and will not sub- contract any work to a contractor from such countries unless such contractor is registered with the Competent Authority.
