Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cu. M, getting out in any type of soil.

Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundations, manholes etc and getting out in any type of soil,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work built in CM (1:4 ) with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius,complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15 mm on brick/concrete surfaces fair faces in CM (1:4) finished surfaces even and smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified .

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggrgate) as in coping.

S & F of mild steel work as in, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe – 290 Gde E -165 complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including with screwed ends, nuts, washers and mild steel plates for walls etc. king rods and straining bolts confomiing to Fe-290 Gde-E-165

S & F of mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed ends to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, exc. 5 cm and not exc. 10 cm long dia of neck 11 to 15 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provision of binding wire.

Supply only Chain link MS Galvanized fencing, any size or type

Supply and fix Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any tupe of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, all as specified and as directed. Note : Each line of wire will be measured.

S & F Mild steel Angles, bars, flats etc., as in supports for stiffening of fencing, wall ties, hold fasts, clamps and similar small articles confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165

S F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm in width or girth apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of any design and pattern, 300x450x 7 to 8 mm thick, as in dado etc incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white of coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles . Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622:2017

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming n exc. 25 cm in layers (any type of Soil)

M & L for Removing excavated materialls and depositing at a distance n. exc 50 Mtr at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

M&L for P.C.C 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling , sub base of flooring/ hard standing. and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

M &L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement.

S & F Mild steel Angles, bars, flats etc., as in supports for stiffening of fencing, wall ties, hold fasts, clamps and similar small articles confirming to Fe 410-O 0r Fe 310-O

S F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete

M&L for preparation of surfaces of new plaster surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors;fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Surface dressing n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Expanded metal cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia., or fixing with steel staples to wood or steel members, weight not exceeding 4 Kg per Sq. M.
