RequiredThe firm/ company Registration certificate under Government Of Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana

RequiredThe firm should have average annual turnover of Rs. 50 Lakhs or above in the last 3 years
RequiredThe tenderer should furnish the following documents along with the tender form, must be uploaded in the e-Procurement website failing which their tender is liable to be rejected
RequiredName and full detailed postal address of the firm with phone numbers.
RequiredVAT registration photo copy and latest VAT clearance certificate.
RequiredThe bidders need to contact the Director of Evaluation, Examination center, JNTUK, Kakinada for information on e-procurement
RequiredThe bidders need to register on the electronic procurement market place of Government of A.P., that is, www.apeprocurement.gov.in. On registration on the e procurement market place they will be provided with a user ID and password by the system using which they can submit their bids online.
RequiredWhile registering on the e procurement market place, bidders need to scan and upload the required documents as per the tender requirements on to their profile
RequiredThe e procurement market place provides an online self-service registration facility to such of the contractors who are already registered with respective participating departments for supply of specified goods and services.
RequiredThe technical bid evaluation of the renderers will be done on the certificates/ documents uploaded through online only.
RequiredAll the bidders shall invariably pay E.M.D using Net banking /RTGS/NEFT from their registered bank accounts or using Credit Card/Debit Card only and upload the scanned copies.
RequiredThe successful tenderer fails to submit the hardcopies of uploaded documents within the stipulated time, the tenderer will be suspended / disqualified from participating in the tenders on e-procurement platform for a period of 12 months from the date of bid submission. The suspension of tenderer shall be automatically enforced by the e-procurement system.
RequiredThe bidder shall authenticate the bid with his digital certificate for submitting the bid electronically on e-procurement platform and bids not authenticated by digital certificate of the bidder will not be accepted on the e-procurement
RequiredThe tenderer shall furnish a declaration in online stating that the soft copies uploaded by them are genuine. Any incorrectness, deviation noticed will be viewed seriously and apart from canceling the work duly forfeiting the EMD. Criminal action will be initiated including suspension of business.
RequiredIf the office happens to be closed on the dates specified above, the respective activity will be performed at the designated time on the next working day without any notification.
RequiredThe paper waste shall be lifted within 30 days from the date of agreement
RequiredAdvance payment in multiples of Rs.10,00,000/- shall be paid to the Registrar, JNTUK, Kakinada, while lifting the e-waste.
