Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth upto any lead and lift upto 1.50 metres, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in pick, jumper work including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc.in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work including chiseling/wedging work in dry or saturated conditions up to any depth including stacking the excavated soil serviceable and unserviceable materials separately and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimeters layers when required into plinth side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil, unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within all leads & lifts and disposed materials to be neatly leveled.

Providing and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work,including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts. (Amba/kamdhenu/Jai Bharat make)

In single Stanchions composed of rolled steel joists or channels with caps, bases splices, angles brackets etc.

In grating framed guard bars,ladders,railing,brackets and similar work.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel bar-bed wire (IS:278-1962 Type-I) weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres(minimum) straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or Steel pins etc. as directed (posts and struts of wood concrete, steel etc. andstraining bolts shall be paid including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters Enamel white paint including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts (Nerolac/Asian 1st quality make)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts .

In Walls including attached buttresses,pilasters and their caps and bases string courses etc. upto floor two level

Providing and fixing linked Chain(3"x3") mesh with GI wire of dia 3.15 mm thick including fixing with GI wire complete in all respects including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 P.C.C grade M 10 nominal mix 1:3:6 including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts inclusive of necessary form work.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand peper complete.With ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead,Red-oxide/zinc oxide chrome (Nerolac/Asian 1st quality make) including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.
