Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of modular, fully bolted type, sectionallised Low Voltage Panel suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system as per standard IEC 61439- 1 &2 as Totally Type Tested Assembly (TTA) and of suitable size fabricated in compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for load bearring member and Non load bearing member of 1.6mm thick sheet, 3mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 9 tank process (automatic PT spray) for powder coating in approved shade, having suitable rating capacity extensible type TPN bus bars of high conductivity as per BOQ, bus bar supports, with short circuit withstand capacity of 50kA for 1 Sec., bottom base frame of 3mm thick (multifold design), fabrication shall be done in trasportable sections, entire LENGTH panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required size of Cu. bus bars and control wiring with 2.5 Sq.mm.
