Earth work in excavation of foundation of filter drain in all kinds of soil to the designed section and level as per direction and depositing the spoil earth to the safe distance place as directed where necessary including dressing, ramming, bailing out water etc. complete as directed .
Labour charge for filling inverted filter drain both horizontal and vertical / filter medium with river shringles of size 20-40 mm in layers / brick bats of size 20-50mm to the designed section and levels including local carriage of materials from a distance of 150 m complete as directed .
Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. Ordinary soil Upto 3m depth
Collection of river gravel & shingles of size 20mm to 40mm in average free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials including necessary carriage and stacking in regular measurable stacks at quarry site, monopoly, etc. Complete as directed. (7.5% deduction will be made from the stack measured quantities on account of void) 1)Quarry road for 1st km for every km extra lead beyond initial lead of 1 km & upto 10 km 2)Pucca road For every km extra lead beyond initial lead of 1 km & upto 10 km For every km extra lead beyond 10 km & upto 20 kms for every km extra lead beyond 20 km. Earth work in embankment by mechanical means by truck carriage in ordinary/normal soil excluding sandy and rocky soil free from roots & vegetation and stacking in regular measurable stacks at suitable places including clearing debris, breaking clods up to 4 cm cube, excluding payment of forest royalty if any, etc. (12.50 % deduction will be made from measured quantities on account of shrinkage). For initial lead up to 1 Km and for all lifts For every Km extra lead beyond initial lead of 1 Km & up to 10 Km. L=10 KM
Spreading of earth stacks over the crest and slope of embankment and places as directed in uniform layer of 22 cm. thick including breaking clods, dressing, ramming etc. complete where necessary including dressing of the embankment, etc. complete as directed.
Earthwork in de-siltation of drainage channel to proper grade and slope up to required section including excavation of side slopes and bed of the channel in marshy/muddy soil, removal of all derbies like decomposed organic matters, plastic garbage, aquatic plants, water hyacinth etc., dewatering by manual means if necessary etc. and removing of the excavated soil and garbage/spoils up to a distance of 100 m etc. including all lead and lift complete as directed.
