Manning & Operation for sub-station with DG set 160kVA including attending internal and external electric complaints of HT/LT electrification, including street lights, perimeter lights, etc. by providing 01 (one) mate working as helper each in 01 (one) shift of 8hours on all days including Sundays and holidays for technical area at 260SU complete all as specified, detailed hereinafter and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Manning & Operation of sub-station with DG sets of various capacities at various locations by providing 01 (one) FGM, in 03 (three) shifts of 8hours each (round the clock 24hrsx3 shifts = 3 FGMs) on all days including Sundays and holidays complete all as specified, detailed hereinafter and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Notes for serial item Nos. 1 to 4: (i) The timings for each shift shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-charge. No claim whatsoever on this aspect is admissible (ii) 'NIL'or 'Zero' quoting of rates against any items will be treated as 'Non Bonafide'. (iii) The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum fair wages as notified by the Government of India / State Government / Local bodies / Labour Regulations whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESI, Bonus, taxes, etc. as applicable. In case, the rates quoted by the bidder are less than the minimum fair wages as notified by the Government of India / State Government / Local body / Labour Regulations whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESI, Bonus, taxes, etc. as applicable, his tender will be treated as 'NON BONAFIDE' and will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount amongst valid / bonafide bids only.

(iv) The minimum wages as derivied by the Deartment including all statutory provision such as ESIC, Bonus, GST, taxes, etc. except the Contractor's profit for skilled person works out to Rs. 705/-per person per shift and for un-skilled person Rs. 552/- per person per shift (v) Increased wages including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions shall be paid to the workers by the Contractor. No other claim whatsoever shall be admissible on this account and the bidders shall note this aspect and quote their rates accordingly. It must be noted that in compliance of all statutory provisions, the increase will be passed over to the workers
