HYDROMECHANICAL GATE WORK

Supply of structural steel materials of different section and sizes (IS:2062), stainless steel flats of different section and sizes (04 Cr 19 Ni of IS :1570 (Part-5), fabrication including machining and assembly of second stage embedded parts consisting of sill beam, sill beam ss seat, side seal ss seat, wall liners, top wall liner, top seal ss seat etc., vertical lift gate consisting of skin plate, horizontal girder, end vertical girder, lifting bracket, seal flats, Pad Base etc., screw hoisting arrangements consisting, cross beam, base plate etc. of total weight around 555 kg for 1No. of gate as per specification and approved drawings with all accessories including machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, welding, drilling, boring, cleaning, finishing, consumables with lead & lifts all complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

(IS:11855)- 1.66 m, Top Rubber Seal 32Px80mmx10mm th. (IS:11855)- 1.06 m, Side seal 32Px70mmx10mm th. (IS:11855)- 2.7 m & (CSK screws M10x25N, Countersunk screw M12 x 70 of IS:1365, Hexagon head bolt-IS:1363 (Part-1)/ISO 4016 M12 x70 N with punched washer A-13 IS: 2016)- 22 kg, LTB-1 Bronze Pad 80mmx30mmx12mm -4 Nos., Anchor bolt M20x400mm long- 16nos, 65 Kg CI gear box with hexagonal nut GR FG260 of IS:210- 1no., Single thrust ball bearing SKF 51216- 1no., Cover plate bolts and nuts M16x160N with washer GKW 8.8GR- 4nos, Foundation bolts and nuts M25x200N with washer GKW 8.8GR- 4nos,Operating handle suitable to MS nut- 1no., 63 mm dia stem-cum-screw rod- 2800 mm long(To be square threaded M62X9 of IS-4694))- 1no., Grease mp3- 5Kg.

Erection, positioning, aligning, fixing, trial, commissioning, testing etc. of second stage embedded parts consisting of sill beam, side seal, track, guide etc., vertical lift gate consisting of skin plate, horizontal girder, end vertical girder , lifting bracket, seal flats etc., screw hoisting arrangements consisting of hoist bridge, gear box, supporting beams, cross beam, base plate, fixing of anchor bolts, etc. of total weight around 0.598 MT for 1no. of gate as per specification and approved drawing with all accessories including machinery, fixtures, labour, watch & ward, cutting, welding, drilling, boring, cleaning, finishing, consumables with lead & lifts, transportation charges with labour charges for loading and unloading all complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge

Painting of 2nd stage embedded parts, vertical lift gate and its components in both upstream side and downstream side including cleaning, degreasing, handling, cost of paint, applying of one coat Zinc primer of 40micron thick and three coats of coal tar epoxy paint of 100 micron each, for 481.3 kg Mild Steel for 1no. of gate, Painting of Hoist bridge, gear box, cross beam etc. including cleaning, degreasing, handling, cost of paint, applying of one coat Zinc primer of 40micron thick and three coats of Aluminium paint of 100 micron each for 117.25 kg of Mild Steel for 1no. of gate all inclusive of labour, materials and consumables as per relevant IS Code specifications and approved drawing with all lead & lifts as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Concrete cutting and reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 of approx. 1.099 cum respectively for 1 no. gate 2nd stage concreting using 20 mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite aggregates of approved grade and quality from approved quarry free from weathered skin surface, dust and any other deleterious materials as per approved design, drawings and specification with all leads, lifts, de-lifts including cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, mixing and vibrating concrete by mechanical means including providing rigid & smooth steel form works for 2nd stage concrete works and dismantling the same after required days, curing, supply of all tools & plants, machinery, labour charges, cost & carriage of water for mixing and curing concrete including hire and running charges of all machinery / equipments, construction / erection and removal of gangways, staging, scaffoldings & incidental charges complete for 1no. of gate & Mud Cleaning & Construction of Coffer Dam as per the direction of the Engineer in-Charge.
