Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) not exceeding 15 cm thickness (above or below ground level) and removal of debris from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain with and including necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B-0 with (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings etc. and setting in mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching, weathering slightly rounded or chamfered on edges in coping with and including necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floor and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mi-tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 40 Cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mi-tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on concrete surfaces such as soffit of chajjas and brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300mm internal dia reinforced cement concrete pipes of approved make class NP2, laid and jointed in cement mortar with and including necessary collars in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand set and jointed in cement mortar (1:4) with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Design, shade and pattern of fixing of interlocking paver block tiles shall be as directed and approved by GE.

M&L for pre-cast PCC Chequared tiles prepolished machine pressed chemically treated for antifungal (300x 300)mm size x 25mm thick of approved colour and Q design set, jointed and pointed using with grey cement and pigment in floors, paving etc including the setting and jointing in neat cement paste and slurry 0.3 kg/Sqm with and including over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Design, shade and pattern of fixing of chequered tiles shall be as directed and approved by GE.

M&L for dura tuff PCC coloured tiles of size (300x300)mm size x 6/7 mm thick with chequered finish, laid in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles with and including over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Design, shade and pattern of fixing of chequered tiles shall be as directed and approved by GE.

M&L for PCC(1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stop rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete as all specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width of girth not other wise described complete as specified and as diredted.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, post embedded in natural ground.complete as specified and as diredted.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface (Soft/loose soil),complete as specified and as diredted.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2 ,1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including , plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.;and mass concrete etc complete as specified and as diredted.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-I, 1: 2: 4 (20mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc for fencing,average sectional area n.exc 100 sq cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete as specified and as diredted.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repair for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, includig, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line wire to be measured),complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing of any meshsize or type.complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Fixing of chain link fence will e measured and paid separately. (ii) Note: Weight of chain link fencing shall be asertain through Board of Officers.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire.complete all as specified and directed. Note : Chain link fencing will be paid separately.

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape and directed ,drilling holes, notching for wire ,etc , mild steel angle , flat iron fillets for securing chainlink/wire mesh including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc, conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 ,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut diameter of neck in 10mm and 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.
