Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto1000 metres(Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 305.4.3).

Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator CK90 and Tippers with Disposal up to 1000 metres. Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 301).

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 202) By Manual Means. Granular courses

Construction of Embankment with Material Deposited from Roadway Cutting Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 & 300-1.The size course material in the mix of earth ordinarily shall not be exceed 75mm.(Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 305). Note In case the earth cutting is done by dozer and pushed for filling in the embankment, the input of dozer in the cost of embankment i.e. ₹ 39.63/m3 (excluding overhead, Contractor profit & L.W. cess) shall be deducted from theEstimated Rate as the same is already provided in the cost of excavation. However, if the earth is dumped by tippers from roadway cutting, the input of dozer for spreading is required to be provided.

Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Borrow pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits (land owned/arranged by the Agency with Royalty) with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & 300-1 .The size course material in the mix of earth ordinarily shall not be exceed 75mm. (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 305). Cost of compensation for Earth material & its carriage from private land at 5km distance have been included in the rate. [Note: Royalty as appicable will be deducted from Agency's bill if not produce Royalty clearance certificate from the competent authority.]

Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Borrow pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits(Earth is available from Govt. land) with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & 300-1 .The size course material in the mix of earth ordinarily shall not be exceed 75mm.(Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 305).

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 305). Granular Sub-Base with Graded Material : Plant Mix Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material such as natural sand/crushed gravel/crushed stone/combination depending upon the required grading spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by appropriate mechanical mixure (with controlled addition of water), and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve at least 98% of the maximum dry density for the material determined as per IS:2720 (Part 8), complete as per clause 401. (ii) Rate per cum for grading-II Material Using Pakur Variety Stone Aggregates & Medium sand (Payment will be made on the basis of finished compacted volume)
