Providing and Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates size 63mm to 45 mm (Sixty three millimeter to forty five millimeter) grading-II(75 mm Consolidated thickness) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel for grading II &III @ 0.22 cum per ten square meter and binding material at the rate of 0.06 cum ( Zero point zero eight cubic meters) per ten Sqm ( ten square meters) to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading II as per MORD techanical specification clause no 405 and as per directions of Engineer in charge.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic broom and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 Kg. (Zero decimal eight five Kilogramme) per Square metres using mechanical means as per MORD technical specification clause 502, and as per directions of Engineer - in- Charge The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion using (RS-I) emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg. per Square metre on the prepared bitumenous surface and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section No. 503.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30 mm (thirty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 @ 5.5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 509.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
