Providing and Fixing ISO Refurbished Steel Container of size 6.00x2.40 width - Raw Steel Sheets, Pressing/Forming Components, Assembly of Sub-assemblies/boxing/Total Welding Including wastage, Press shop Costs, Fabrication Costs, including consumables, transport cost unloading and placing Container on concrete blocks using Men and Machinery at site.

Painting of Whole Container with - acid cleaning/rust removal at boxed stage, then base coat with bituminous paint, priming with zinc chromate, top coated with Marine grade enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes.

Providing and fixing machine moulded aluminium covering of approved pattern & design, made out of machine cut aluminium sheet and machine holed for receiving dash fastener, over expansion joints on vertical surfaces/ ceiling floors, the fixing on plate in one row on one side of joint only shall be done with stainless steel dash fastners of 8 mm dia and 75 mm long bolt including providing aluminium - washers 2 mm thick 15 mm dia, at a staggered pitch of 200 mm centre to centre including drilling holes in the receiving surface and providing expandable plastic sleeves in holes etc. complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Powder coated aluminium sheet 2.5 mm thick (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size 600 x 1200 mm.

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, for all heights and all levels etc. including

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angles 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturer's specifications: Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.
