Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement 2 sand 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete

Soiling properaly hand packed filling interstices with spalls and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earch etc. complet as per HPPWD Specification 100 mm spread thickness 9finished work including materials and labour

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and Fixing 0.50 (Zero point Fifty Millimeter) thick Pre -Painted Sheet Sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester (RNP) Organic Coating of 20 (Twenty ) Microns over 5(Five) Microns Primary coating to back coat of polyester of 5(Five) Microns over 5(Five) Microns primary coating i/e fixing with pre-painted iron J or L Hocks bolts and nuts 6mm (Six Millimeter ) dia meter with pre- painted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads. lifts and other incidentals

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :in CM 1:6(1Cement :6 Sand):-

15 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement on the rough side of single or Double brick wall.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer’s specification Two or more coats on new work
