Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed..

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

All as per item here-in-before but except bricks. Note: old serviceable bricks as obtained from demolition under item No-01 here-in-before will be used.

Removing mortar and cleaning bricks built in cement or cement mortar, stacking for measuring including all extra handling and removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cills, coping, benching on chajjas, roof kerbs, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces on internal walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a one coat of primer using rollers of approved tint and make all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MS as in Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.00 mm dia, barbed with 2.00 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, straining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed. (Each line wire to be measured).

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in beams, cantilevers, bressumers, lintels etc over 1.5 m in span complete all as specified and directed.

Form work for (rough finished surfaces) to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks, as in slabs, bands, cills, flooring , concrete railing , opening in concrete walls , floor and roofs exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in wall , horizontal or sloping and similar work etc for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars, 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling mild steel work as in fencing post complete all as specified and directed.
