M&L providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional antitermite treatment along the perimeter of walls/columns below concrete or masonry with drilling of 12mm dia holes at angle of 45° Up to depth of 300mm at a distance of 30cm apart using chemical emulsion at the rate of 2.25 litres per linier metre of the vertical surface and plugging the holes with cement mortar 1:2 and making good to existing wall surfaces of walls/floor of same colour to match complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge

M&L Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional antitermite treatment at points of contact of wood work like doors/ windows/ cupboard/ kitchen cabinet of frames etc by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete as specified and as directed by engineer- in- charge. Notes for item No. 1 & 2:- (1) Items shall be carried out through authorised agency. (2) Chemical used for post constructional ATT shall be as per latest Govt approval . (3) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of 5years warranty period . Whenever any termites observed/the same will be without any extra.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing rubbish off the premises out side of MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured designer tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tile in vertical surfaces 300x450x7 mm coloured designer tiles set & jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc Including removal of debries out side of MD Land all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 with and including WPC, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of suitable primer complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkhat with shutter ( without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhat with shutter ( without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Anodized aluminium frame for doors/windows/ cup boards with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing & locking arrangement and sliding channels when required for shutter etc. complete all as specified

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position and Inside shelves of CB’s and kitchen complete all as specified

S&F Anodized aluminium cupboard shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m (for frames of shutter) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, Locking handle in each door, hinges/rollers, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc with and including panel inserts of 12 mm thick pre-laminated MDF board interior grade both side laminated of approved make all as specified

S& F in repair stainless steel curtain rods fancy type powder coated 20 mm dia including end bracket complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 17.5mm thick solid PVC sheet Laminated an both sides suitably fixed in aluminium frame work as in shelves & partitions in cupboards with stainless steel screws & glue complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Aluminium frame work shall be measured and paid separately.
