Carrying out computerized topographical land survey with Total Electronic Sations of high precision, making position of each physical feature on the ground true of their position like building and other detail of surrounding area including trees and foliage etc. Nearby road/highway, drains with their levels, Overhead HT / LT electric lines, transformers, substations, OHT Tube wells, electric and telephones poles, roads, paths, existing permanent/temporary structures, fencing boundary walls/lines, gates, drain etc. and providing contours at suitable interval. (Including GST and all other taxes).

Preparation of detail project report providing capital cost of civil and electrical works, typical estimate of roads, drains, culverts, nallah, rotary, plinth wall of boundary, pipe lines, tube well with percussion rig, Guest house, store shed, Adm Block, providing cross sections and quantities of earth work etc. (Including GST and all other taxes).

Planning of plots of different sizes suitable and providing detail of each plot with area of plot in site plan. (Including GST and all other taxes).

Submission of DPR Booklet (6 sets +CD) (Including GST and all other taxes)

Submission of Drawings with six prints each (colored) on A3 Color size along with the CD. (Including GST and all other taxes)
