OD311297/2025-2026 Removal of all existing tiles,tile adhesives and other loose particles till mother slab by mechanical /manual chipping till mother slab.Manual grinding to be done over the opened surface areas to remove all existing loose particles as a part of surface preparation.

OD311304/2025-2026 Removal,transportation and disposal of all loose constuction materials debris like tiles,cement,sand and other loose particles from the site to the diposal location.

OD311315/2025-2026 Identification of all visible cracks and cutting/opening the same in ‘V’ groove shape. All loose and friable particles shall be completely removed from the opened cracks using compressed air/air blower. Filling of the prepared cracks with two-component elastomeric polyurethane sealant. C, mixed thoroughly using a slow-speed drill with paddle for a period of 3 to 4 minutes before pouring into the cracks. The filled cracks shall be allowed to cure properly( 24 to 48 hours), complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

OD311316/2025-2026 All corner joints between the roof slab and parapet wall shall be thoroughly cleaned. Any undulations noticed shall be levelled by manual grinding. Two-component cementitious waterproofing coating shall be applied over all treated corner areas, to act as an adhesive layer. Joint sealing tape of three-ply construction, 75 mm width, shall be fixed and pressed onto the freshly applied adhesive layer, ensuring a minimum overlap of 50 mm. A smoothing trowel shall be used to remove wrinkles and level any unevenness or distortions. Two to three coats of the two-component cementitious coating shall then be applied, ensuring that the joint sealing tape is fully embedded and completely covered, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

OD311524/2025-2026 Providing and Application of a single coat of acrylic-based, highly penetrating and water-repellent primer for concrete surfaces. The primer shall be diluted with clean water in the appropriate proportion and stirred thoroughly to obtain a uniform consistency. One coat of the diluted primer shall be applied over the cleaned substrate and allowed to dry before commencing the subsequent waterproofing system, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

OD311550/2025-2026 Providing and applying two coats of highly flexible two-component cementitious waterproofing coating having standard elongation as per the manufactures technical specification in approved make list over prepared and treated surface, complete as per specification. The coating shall be applied in two coats to achieve a total thickness of 1.0 mm. The second coat shall be applied after the first coat has reached touch-dry condition, including all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding and incidentals, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

OD311580/2025-2026 Providing and Applying of Sand blasting shall be carried out immediately using clean, dry coarse sand over the second coat of the applied cementitious waterproofing coating while it is in tacky condition, to ensure proper adhesion with the screed concrete. Dosage of integral waterproofing compound shall be complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

OD311589/2025-2026 Providing and laying protection screed of 50 mm thickness using cement and sand mixed with approved integral waterproofing admixture compound, laid over the freshly applied waterproofing coating, including all materials, labour and incidentals, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

OD311591/2025-2026 Providing and Application of a single-component elastomeric, UV-resistant, high-performance acrylic-based waterproofing coating. After drying of the applied acrylic-based penetrating primer, the first coat of the waterproofing coating shall be applied.. A second coat of the waterproofing coating shall then be applied over the reinforced surface, ensuring complete coverage of the fibre mesh pores, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
